24.01.2022 One week to go... We are looking for some volunteers to help with set up and pack down (preferably people that may have some sort of stage/lighting experience or generally handy people) for this Friday and Saturday. Please comment below or PM with your interest for further details. We are also looking for someone or a business or two that may be able to donate food / drinks for our volunteers while they work hard setting up on the Friday and Saturday... Dome has kindly donated coffees howeverwe are seeking light meals to help sustain all the workers. Thank you generous Hedlanders in advance. See more

A huge thank you to Andrew and the amazing team at Onsite Rental Group who just days before the event joined the sponsors list and provided all of our power solutions. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances another supplier was not able to fulfil and without Onsite, Hedland Carols would have had no power at all! Thanks Andrew & the team, we love you!

13.01.2022 Tonight is the night, and its about time that you met your co hosts - Elise Batchelor and David (Ecky) Eckhart! Some things to know before tonight: EVENT TIMES:... Pre Show Crowd Entertainment, Street Eats and Toyland kicks off at 5:00pm, with Carols starting on stage at 6:30pm. Why not come along early, grab some food and soak up the vibe before the show? TRAFFIC & ENTRY: Please follow the rules of our traffic management team - they are there to help and will guide you into your special parking spot. Vehicle entry is via the Turf Club entry only and is one way, with the exit just past the Skate Park. BATHERS: Kids that would like to participate on the Toyland water slides will need to bring their bathers. CASH ONLY: Please note that most market and street eats stalls are cash only.

12.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing everyone this afternoon from 5pm at the Hedland Carols Just a friendly reminder to please be mindful of others when setting up your picnic blankets and chairs. We will be trying something new this year by having a designated picnic area and then a seating area behind that, see seating plan below.
