02.01.2022 Many of you have followed the story of Betty, the 17-year-old girl who was surrendered to Animal Haven in August. We were so excited to share with you back in S...eptember that her foster parents had fallen in love and made her a permanent member of their family. We're saddened to share that several weeks ago, Betty's health took a turn for the worse. Her body just couldn't keep up any longer and she crossed the rainbow bridge, surrounded by people who loved her deeply. Sharing this sweet video made by @thedodo to remember Betty's life. As you can imagine, Betty's passing has been painful for all the people who loved her, so we'd like to request that their privacy be respected. Thank you to everyone who supported and sent positive vibes and love to Betty through her short but heartwarming final months.
