02.01.2022 Another hot summer day today. Don't forget to slip slop slap! Also, when it comes to sunscreens, the Anti-Cancer Council recommends sticking to creams and lotions. They've found that Australians are not applying enough sunscreen when they are using the aerosol forms! Always apply the correct amount of sunscreen (at least one teaspoon per exposed limb) and rub in. Wait for 20 minutes before going outside, otherwise the sunscreen won't have enough time to work.
