25.01.2022 We dont label ourselves vegan, but after Heidi (mum) did a strict vegan diet for 18 months the family definitively are of a plant based nature. Heidi is passionate about showing others that meatless dishes can be incredibly nourishing and tasty. She believes is 100% of the world took a day a week to eat plants only, would have a larger impact on the environment, rather than a minority of strict vegans. Heidi saw her health drastically change when she ate less animal produc...ts and started replacing with plants. 24.01.2022 WE PROMOTE A COVID LIFESTYLE Kids return to school today, and we have mixed emotions. In some respects we will enjoy being more productive in my home office, but we wont miss the rush around to beat the bell and after school activities. What really hit home, is that for almost a decade we have lived a somewhat covid life. I mean we definitely wash our hands more, we venture out less, but we have lived this full time family role. ... Many dont understand where youre at, until theyve been at...... so now many have had the privilege, strange word during these trying times- but we still use it because what a privilege it is to have dual parents present at all times. We are not talking to everyone, some love their job and love going to work, some dont have a choice, but for those who wish to have more family time together and dont have a means to do so, we keep singing the song and sharing the vision offering those opportunities to stream income from their home. Blood, sweat, tears and cash...... because I didnt swallow my ego and listen to business trends! ... I was teaching what made me successful, yet it wasnt keeping me successful. 21.01.2022 Its been 125 days since I saw my mumma. I remember in March laughing about Covid thinking the whole thing was a scam.... until we quickly discovered out it was so real. Never before have I been kept from seeing my family and it made the 1200 kms and a border seem like they were so far away. Have you felt they follow you around, thats because theyre so superglued onto you..... and they are for a very good reason. Ever heard of the child storybook you cant go over it, you cant go under it..... you have to go through it! (Im going on a bear hunt its called). Well, its a metaphor for life. Thats right, you cant go over it, you cant go under it, you have got to go through it. ... So why we are they way we are, is because we have been in unique lives and everyones perception is their own. When you go to disown a quality of yourself, I bet you that one stick like mad. Youll say one thing, and feel another..... its like youre in conflict with yourself!! Im here to say until you own them, stand strong in them and only when you take them on as yours 100%, can you then chose to get rid of them..... but thats only if you want to. Dont want to get rid of your boldness, you abrasiveness, your loudness, your shyness or any other quality someone else told you isnt serving you...... because babe this is your life and you are a unique human with unique traits! 19.01.2022 FABULOUS day out on the River with another Full Time Family! We love doing life! We were speaking about how families will struggle to go back to life, back to normal jobs and back to society and how many people have enjoyed the extra time with their family. The slower pace. No need for the alarm. Spending meal times three times a day together. Sure home schooling is tough, but the time we have all had together has been priceless. Thats the life we live, and have for almo...st a decade now. Its the life we strive and work so hard to help other families create. 18.01.2022 HOW TO KEEP THE FAITH .... I’ve watched people in my circle, extended network and especially in my industry of late lose the faith. I’ve seen people unhappily return to work, stop posting about their dreams, their achievements and their vision for the future. ... They’ve stopped smiling selfies, and replaced with ordinary memes with negative connotations. You can read between the lines but you can feel the energy shift...... I feel it because I was there. I feel the sadness, the loss of hope and the feelings of failure.... deeply. BUT (always a but) I want to speak to you now, how does one keep the faith..... DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE..... stop doing what has to be done and start doing the stuff you want to! You’ll notice the immediate hype of energy flow, this will give you endless energy! EXERCISE ...... pump around the enorphins, clear your head, and the best ideas come to me in a place of sweat and high heart beat. MAKE IT WORK.... it’s ok to give in a business model, but it’s no way acceptable to give in on your dreams. People switch and change all the time it’s not quitting it’s your evolution.... into something truly amazing. SET YOUR NON NEGOTIABLES..... have rules for yourself, boundaries you or others will not cross. For example I will not stop upgrading my vision board and I will not let someone tell me my dreams can’t exist. UNFOLLOW / BLOCK...... I love this function but it’s true when they say you are the sum of the five people you hang around. Who do you want to be? Who brings you absolute joy? Who brings your wisdom? Who allows you choice to ponder for yourself? Who brings the energy flow to you? Keep those gems on your socials and for a minute flick the others, their energies are lowering your vibration and you right now are struggling to keep the faith. My last little bit of advice is YOUR DREAMS are your number one. They can exist, and they do exist. There is someone like me who believes in them with you. 17.01.2022 I doubt theyll have the same success again! Said a very high up international corporate leader to my group of colleague field leaders........ That was the faith the company had in me, a top field leader. Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog... I use the word dog, yes we were the underdog but also called many a names including dogs the last four months. Literally. BUT it never got to us. Because we walked away, we left our list (all marketers have one) and didnt message one person, or call one leader to come with us. We knew our story would resonate with some, and seperate us from others and we were prepared for the name calling.... we had the top dog (pardon the pun) doubting us already and we were at rock bottom in our career. So we walked away by the rules, according to Australian law and we started again. Four months in the underdog is on top again and so proud of themselves. When you have no belief, when others around you also doubt you.... its hard to find the courage to get back up on your feet. However, we did though have some friends who believed in us and felt exactly as we did. Brett Davis and Samantha Gascoigne and Matt jolly and Karina Jolly and they were light the key to our engine..... they turned us back on. Their love and support and simply their belief in our abilities was the key that turned the car back on. The car ran to ELITE 2 today! Actually last night as we slept. The car is moving and we feel so energised to be in the drivers seat once again. 17.01.2022 Last year, this time last year exactly we lived in and out of suitcases, on friend’s couches and had just finished a massive legal battle..... but the fight was not but near done. We had the biggest fight ahead. We knew we were about to leave our sole income, our 7 year build in a NWM company, our life as we knew it. We knew we had to sell our home, downgrade our lifestyle significantly, offload our Sydney investment and trust our instincts that the universe had our backs. ...At the end of the day FAMILY was our highest value and we had to lead with that in mind. Other families that trusted us and our judgement, and families who we were yet to meet needed a platform. We also needed a new fire to be lit, and it wasn’t where we were anymore. So with all the doubt, being so unsure and scared, but with faith and a knowing that we were destined for something else we look today one year on at where we are. One year, so quick it sped by but here we are. So much wiser, so much more humble, so much more grateful, so much more present. The years fly by, and as I look at memories on facebook from a year ago, knowing the angst we were in, seeing it all just work out is just a reminder to us all that you have to trust the plan. But what you do with it says more about you that what is actually been said! Living my life in a fairly public way, I have come across many opinions of me. I have gone from crying and worrying and wanting to change their opinion of me to shrugging it off. 1KNOW YOURSELF If you know who ...you are, and I mean at the core you will never feel the need to justify yourself. This is the most important step of my five listed here that will have you shrugging off opinions and rumours. If you know your intentions, your heart and have a strong foundation of who you are and what you are about, you will hardly be bothered of what others think of you. LOVING YOURSELF will give others permission to love themselves too. Its ok to like yourself, to be proud of your achievements and to be your complete goofy self and expect others to like it too. 2QUESTION YOUR THINKING As humans we tend to distort, and generalise our thoughts. One person doesnt like your hair, means everyone doesnt. Come on youve heard yourself say that. So one person thinks something of you dont focus in on that..... because I guarantee you that of every one, ten think differently. 3LET GO OF BEING PERFECT No one likes to be disliked. In fact its engrained in our DNA we need to feel accepted, so science even tells us being apart of the clan is a human need. BUT..... there are many clans. Being vulnerable and being yourself will allow you to let go of someones idea of perfection and you will find your imperfect self is exactly the perfect someone is looking for. 4FIND A TRIBE The world is full of sooooooooo many people. Be careful of me, because Ill be having you dream again. Samantha McCallum ex corporate position for another network marketing company, also tried a couple of friend positions in other companies joined us in March. Last month her comisssion bought a whole new winter wardrobe for the kids! Heidi McDonald an area manager for Fernwood Gym last month with her comissions put down a deposit for a family holiday! Narelle Barnes also must have the travel bug and bought herself a two week holiday for next month with her June comission! Sarah Tuckey who joined us in February just paid her ENITE mortgage, car payments and school feeds! Because this happened two months in a row the family now are putting a pool in for summer. Karen Scarff just paid her 3 boys private school tuition fees with her June comissions. Terri-Anne Murray has been replacing her consulting gig over the last three months. As a result reduced her hours to allow her to complete her real estate licence now! Shes super excited to get qualified and her comissions allowed the space to do so! Brooke Stoddart paid for her daughters exclusive dance school fees and tennis lessons for her son for the month! A huge relief to the family budget. So yeah, be careful of me. Be careful of a platform allowing ordinary mums to create a little or a lot extra for their family. Be careful of dreaming again and wishing for another source of income. Be careful that I may just be the one to help you achieve that. I realised May 2019 I wasnt driven by money but by results. Im driven by helping others create more memories with their families and all of this of course takes the money...... but Im more impressed with the story the money can create. 14.01.2022 ONE CONCEPT, THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR ME . . . .... . . . .. "people are doing the best they have with the resources available to them!" OMG when I understood this, I just had all of this space to create, rather than be filled with wondering why didn't they react and think like me! No one deliberately hurt me, hurt was all that they knew. No one was deliberately hurt by me, its just what I knew. I could feel love, even if they didn't express it how I received it, I knew its just what they knew. I could give the love I had, and in the way I give it and not feel responsible for the way they received it. When situations arise, I can let go, and understand the concept that everyone is doing their best, and I can only love them through their best.

14.01.2022 Did a video today on getting sugar away from your kids eating habits I am not a perfect parent but if the kids reach for a sweet after dinner its either a) a habit or b) not a complete meal. I would say 99% of the time its a habit. We all eat habitually, at breakfast lunch and dinner without thinking intuitively if we are actually hungry! You can though cleverly switch out sugars for less refined type. Have you heard of stevia? Its a herb, virtually zero calories but the clever thing is it doesnt raise your insulin levels. Artificial sugars still rise your insulin levels and are addictive and toxic! 13.01.2022 WHAT DO YOU DO...... HOW IS IT DIFFERENT ?! Like talking chalk and cheese...... actually more like apples and oranges.... I mean both fruits but no really the same. One far juicer!! I do Social Retail! ... Yes its under the umbrella of Network Marketing and I definitely am building a team (I love doing that part) but you do not have to and thats the difference. So when I went looking to get out of the industry, because to be honest felt some part were brutally broken, I looked at setting up an Amazon shop, distributing for a wholesaler, manufacturing a product and drop shipping opportunities. Man oh Man! I hadnt realised business was so complicated, such an expensive risk and also no guarantees given. I almost paid a guy $28k to set up a shop for me on Amazon but when he couldnt provide me with a ROI forecast I was like, I might as well buy a friggin lottery ticket! So then Social Retail presented itself. It had all the bits I adored about the Network Marketing industry and stamped out all the dodgy parts! When I saw people were simply sending people to their e-commerce shop and that was it..... I was like any jo blow can do this! So its going to fly! How does it work. Two parts, as I said a customer and a team building side. Im not going into the team side because anyone in the industry gets it, you build a team and get an overriding sales commission on their sales. Its how it is. Some people can build big teams and others cant, which left me questioning if I could invite people into the industry anymore. BUT the other side of this was genius.... you can build income without building a team. In fact you are compensated financially for this activity, because my company gets how business operates today. So its simple..... 1. MARKET world class products with science and worldwide patents that people want .... trust me in three months 11,913 members are apart of our group as of today! 2. 10.01.2022 That day..... that day you get to help others achieve your vision for so many.... Family to me is number one. Nothing else trumps hows special they are. Nothing else really matter. If you have your family you are one wealthy person! So naturally I want more people to have more time doing the things they love with those they live most, their family. ... I love sitting places and watching families, maybe Im a creepy stalker but to see a mum and dad, a grandparent, an aunt interacting with each other, laughing, eating and walking together makes me sing. Lately I have understood how short life is. Its way too short to not be enjoying it! I was competitive, because the winner was the one who hustled the hardest. I wanted to win the trips, win the bonus pools, win the highest enrolled..... pushed and pushed, won and won! I wanted to win, because my family would win too! Right?! Wrong. They suffered because I was so invested in the hustle I forgot the vision. I forgot the freedom and I lost my footing. I now work, but work to never hustle again. I work to win my race and no one elses. I work the freedom. Showing my girls that life is way too short, to spend hours and hours hustling, the energy that blinds your vision. Our days are all limited on earth, your kids wont stay young for long, and so now I work to make memories. I work hard never to hustle again. I align myself with a model with retention I never knew existed, an e-commerce business model thats attractive to the non networker, a payout thats very attractive to the networker and a company who are dedicated to innovation and being the first to market....... rather than chasing the market. The non hustle model that allows so much ease for so many, families applying the ATM system and rewarded with a monthly comissions. No interruption to their familys life. My vision is for the everyday family, being able to provide them with a little more freedom. I dont sell millionaires all over the world, but a little extra, that enables a family a lot more freedom. No where in my vision lies a hustle..... or any pain to get there. 06.01.2022 I AM FULLY REGISTERED AGAIN! 7 years ago I walked out of the hospital and deemed never to return! I was celebrated for it in my new profession, and it was almost like a job was a hinderance, and anyone in a job couldnt be as successful. ... I saw that culture breed, I was part of that too, and as people left their jobs way too early, started making a simple networking job hard for themselves and lost focus on the realities of life. After non privatising for 5 years you cant just walk back in, don your scrubs and practice nursing. So 5 years and 1 month, I needed to re enter the field. I waiting 7 months to hear back from the board, then was accepted into a re entry program. 72 hours supernumerary and zero pay! Then the hospital would say yay or nay to you! Luckily for me they said yay and I was given a restricted licence to practice under indirect supervision. I had to complete hours at less than new grad pay, but otherwise say good bye to my career. This week I got the letter as Ive completed the necessary assessment and Im now unrestricted and back! I went to work today. My choice as Im casual but when I look back to 7 years ago when I swore never ever to nurse again to last year so desperately wanting a job, today I actually chose to work. I love being a nurse. Love spending time helping the sick heal. I love having a vegan catering brand. I love bringing plants to life and nourishing people. I love being a leading network marketer. Setting a standard for so many, elevating the profession and being someone so many can trust. I love helping families build another income stream, and teaching them skills to have some more time freedom on their lives. I wont ever advise anyone to leave their job. I think its beyond irresponsible, and sets the wrong standard across the profession. I have a nursing job, a vegan catering brand and a network marketing gig! I enjoy all hats, they all bring me pleasure and when I stopped doing any of them for money I started to enjoy them all more. Of course people go to work for money, but if youre doing something you love, honestly its true what they say, youll never work another day in your life!

04.01.2022 On average we use 384 trees on our bum! Yep TOILET PAPER! Its not friendly, its convenient but at 140 litres of water to produce one roll..... we need to look at new ways! Now not only paper but we are turning to wet ones for convenience responsible for 75% of blockages in our sewerage systems and not to mention the ones that end up in the ocean killing our marine life! ... Gosh I am so passionate about leaving an environmental legacy for my kids more so than a financial legacy! I get so fired up about this issue. We have to stop choosing convenience over the planet. Things Ive done is Stopped buying paper towel and using washable ones Stopped buying Quilton and stared using bamboo and sugar can toilet paper Stopped buying make up remover wipes and pads and using reusable washable ones. Stopped buying ANY chemicals and using eco biodegradable plant based products Stopped buying coffe out in a disposable cup and taking my keep cups Stopped buying disposable cutlery for the kids to take to school and bought them stainless steel pack including a straw and chopsticks. Its just some things we can STOP buying and commit to the planet over convenience. Made the switch from disposable make up removers, ditched the disposable wipes and paper towels for reusable effective ones. Switched to cleaning products and personal care that are non toxic safe effective products got some life changing water Wipe my bum with bamboo paper have the whole family a bag we keep in the car full off cutlery, plates, straws and cups we reuse so when we are getting take out we dont use plastics and disposables Even if you just chose one small thing today, you are making a MASSIVE difference.
