Big day of teaching today ** 2x30minute before school year 9 outdoor yoga classes (today we included breathing for anxiety and positive mindset for exam week) ** morning Flex flow class **7pm tonight weekly local class in Davidson... **8.15pm regular corporate zoom class (for employees across Australia to switch off at end of work day).
