11.01.2022 I'm sorry I've been quiet on the shopfront. Life gets busy with two kids, amongst other things. I'm hoping I can bring you all some new updates soon. In the meantime, I've been enjoying reading and learning about various manufacturing processes, from which I've come across some alarming information. As such, I've posted an article on my blog about BPA and other nasties found in children's products. Do you know why BPA-free isn't necessarily what it purports to be? ... Read on to find out more!
10.01.2022 1. I have a two year old named Gemma and a one year old named Harvey (we didn't find out about Harvey until I was 21 weeks pregnant!) 2. I love period dramas, books and films 3. We don't have a television in our house (ongoing experiment) 4. I get a thrill out of thrifting, especially velvet and old furniture... 5. I dislike coffee, tea, avocados, pineapples, mangos, iced coconuts, cherries, blueberries, apricots and nuts (which pretty much eliminates half of all desserts ) 6. Two of my heroes are Louis Theroux & David Attenborough 7. My dream home is an old colonial with wooden floors, tongue and groove walls, old gum trees and a claw foot bathtub 8. I love the smell of books (and may possibly be a hoarder of such items) 9. I'm in love with Jon Snow (and my husband) & 10. 10.01.2022 Oh boy, oh boy have I been neglectful of this page of mine. For that, I am sorry. Honestly, I was enjoying my kids' company over the Christmas break and reevaluating things. In the meantime, I've switched Heidi Maree Designs over to Etsy as I was having too many issues with the webpage.
