09.01.2022 Fun fun fun at Mushroom House this week...I bought myself a little garden trailer & managed to put it together by myself ...loving how much more efficient I can be now & also save my back & arms carrying things over to the room. . Lots of grow bags going in the room each week now with restaurants & cafes starting to open up again. . . Excited to have some Yellow Oyster (Pleurotus Citrinopileatus) bags in the room...hoping they like the warm winter days & pop up soon ... I have heard these are very delicate mushrooms with a shorter shelf life, & when cooked have a nutty flavour a bit like cashews...I’m looking forward to trying them. . . Lastly, I’m SUPER excited to have made my first delivery to @scenicrimfarmbox .
