Our team is eager to start and excited to see you and your furry friends! Our aim is to provide gold standard medicine and surgery to our clients. We are excited to bring our expertise to Singleton Heights!... We understand that there has been quite a lot of anticipation around town for our opening, which is fantastic news. GRAND OPENING THIS MONDAY 26TH OCT The team at Singleton Heights Veterinary Hospital have worked tirelessly over the past week to ensure that we as a veterinary clinic and most importantly as a team can provide the best possible veterinary care with industry leading diagnostic equipment. Our main aim is to ensure that your pet receives the best possible care and treatment in there time of need! We are fully set up with the latest and amazing diagn...ostic equipment ready for use, some of our equipment is: - Diagnostic ultrasound machine. - Idexx blood machines - Our radiology facility is fully equipped including new dental X-rays. -Our surgical facility including brand new anaesthetic machines, industry leading monitoring equipment and an amazing surgery table to provide ultimate support for your pets. With much more to arrive in the coming weeks!! We do ask that for those of you who have already made appointments this week, please call reception from the car to notify us of your arrival as we cannot determine the demand of foot traffic we will encounter and we need to ensure that we abide with Covid-19 protocols! 10.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, All of our staff have had such an overwhelming amount of kind words and support from the community since our opening of Singleton Heights Veterinary Hospital. We absolutely love seeing all of our wonderful patients visiting the clinic. Due to becoming busier this has meant we have limited appointment availability’s each week and a waiting list for clients at times. As a courtesy, we would like to ask our wonderful clients as soon as you know that you will... be unable to attend your scheduled appointment please call to let us know so that we can help to reschedule you to a preferred time that suits you. This also allows another client the opportunity to have their sick pet seen to earlier. 09.01.2022 We are asking for any kind donations of towels, blankets, sheets, quilts, pillow cases and newspaper that you may no longer want as we are in short supply and would greatly appreciate any donations to keep our patients that little bit more comfortable. 04.01.2022 We have been overwhelmed with support and are so grateful and appreciative of all the kind bedding donations received by our community in the last 24hours. We are now no longer in need of bedding material as we have an amazing assortment and we can’t thank our wonderful community enough. 03.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart we make the following announcement. Heights Pet Hospital is closing down. There are many reasons for this, both professional and personal. We have been trying to sell the practice for the last few months but have been unable to find a buyer. It will be business as usual until 22nd April then we will open on the 28th April and the 5th May will be our last day of operations. It has been a pleasure to serve the wonderful people of Singleton over the last 10 years. I will miss many of you and all of your lovely pets. I have accepted a job on the Central Coast at Coast Animal Health, Kanwal. We can email you through your pets records on request or we can print them and you can come pick them up from the hospital.
