Most of her training programming with us is based around fundamental strength and conditioning, building a base of strength and basic movements, squat, hinge, push and pull + core and cardio. - We are slowly integrating a touch of weightlifting here and there to allow for fun variety to training and just more skills to learn, keeping it light and non serious!

18.01.2022 Single leg stands. We use this often as a part of the warm up which helps in developing stability in the feet/ankles, knees and hips due to the balancing element. 18.01.2022 Off-season training begins today for our Weightlifting program. Here is a short conditioning piece from today's session. Lifting heavy weights is good but it's good to be able to have some capacity also! - EMOM x 7 - 3 powercleans @ 50% + 5 challenging height box jumps. This is designed to get the heart rate up whilst still having a focus on power based movement and very manageable cardio wise for most. We will be progressing with this in coming weeks!
