Are there rocks taking up space where soil should be? Don’t be choked out with the cares of this world and the riches that deceive us. Weed your heart. Be careful of what you allow into it. 25.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH ~PURPOSE~ Pt 2. Everybody had divine purpose-not just people within the church thing but people outside of the church.... God created us all as a people of purpose. Our purpose is not for comfort. True purpose lies outside of our comfort zone and in the realm of faith. Faith is not comfort. It is risk. When we step out in faith and not because we’re comfortable, we inspire and connect with people. Our discomfort in faith and obedience brings tigers comfort and relief. Comfort means to come along side. I know that the man who strives for comfort can never carry out the will of God and bring it to perfect fruition. When you understand the purpose of God for your life, material things take a back seat. Unless your willing to be pruned, you can’t bear more fruit. God doesn’t want to leave us where we are at, He wants better things for our lives. He was us to live fruitful so that we fulfil all that He wants us to. We can’t be fruitful and fulfilled if we are not connected to the vine or the body. If we are not connected to people we are not really connected to Jesus. When we pull away from the body of Christ we are making a deliberate choice to not connect with Him. Don’t isolate yourself more than you already are in this time of Covid/lockdown. Together we form a tapestry. We need everyone.

22.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH The armour of God. Pt 1 Ephesians 6:13-17... The only way we can withstand the enemy is to grab a hold of God and engage with the things He has given us. That’s why God wants us to take up our WHOLE armour (vs 13). It would be foolish to think you can fight a battle with half your armour on. Unless you fight the strongman(issue not person) in your life/workplace/home/friendship circles, you will never be able to take back what he holds. When we don’t engage with God, the enemy is free to steal from us. God wants us to protect what we have-not just the physical stuff we have like cars and homes. The most important thing He wants us to protect is the people in our lives, His word in our heart and what He has placed within us. Protect Gods investment. THE BELT OF TRUTH: To live in truth is to be sanctified (John 17:17), set apart, transformed by the renewing of your mind and to be holy and conformed to his kingdom. To conform to the Kingdom of God requires the impartation of His grace, energy and embracing HIS truth. Truth separates us from a worldly system. As we dedicate our lives to God we become less aware of what we are walking through and more concerned with who is walking with you. There are two things that are not reliable sources of truth. 1. Our feelings: emotions are a part of his design but they are indicators not dictators. Psalm 43:2,3 2. Experiences: we shouldn’t Center our faith and belief in God around our experience When we do life alone, the lies we believe aren’t challenged and we aren’t able to refine our beliefs and keep them true to Gods word.

19.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH: BUILDING GREAT RELATIONSHIPS What an honour it has been to have @andrewbat, @timweatherstone and @tim64eh accompany Pastor @harleybyrne as they have delved into doing relationships well over the last few weeks.... They’ve touched on so many great things that we can all use when creating meaningful and intentional relationships. The importance of the language and the kinds of words use when interacting with each other is such an easy way of showing the love of God. If we believe that we are children Child of God then shouldn’t we treat each other likewise? We have the ability to speak strength into weakness! The best evangelistic tool we have is to love one another Are we prepared to invest our time into others and helping them to be all that God has called them to be? Just as God goes after the one lost sheep, we are also called to go after the one! We are the body-we are THE body. So when one is working at their best the whole body benefits! Each person has a reflection of god to show to humanity. And if we all have a role to play we can’t just sit in the pew and do nothing! #HEIRBORNFORTHIS

17.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH Equip yourself to lead and live a really good life. Not just physically because the physical side of us is minuscule compared to our ACTUAL, spiritual selves. We want to keep people safe physically but do we want to keep people safe spiritually?... Ephesians 6:10-12 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:10-12 NIV If you feel weak or that hope is diminished-go back to prayer. The devil is lying and waiting for you to let your guard down. He comes to steal, kill and destroy and won’t stop until he achieves his goal. One of the ways he tries to do this is through deceiving us. If you want to keep from being deceived then don’t leave room for deception. Use this time to let your faith deep prayers strengthen and our perspective change from an earthly one to a perspective to one that’s seated next to God in heavenly places. #heirbornforthis

15.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH ~PURPOSE~ PT. 1 Mark Twain. The two greatest days of your life is the day your we’re born and the day you find out why.... Finding our purpose is such a widespread hunt-with Christianity but also in the world. Everyone wants to know what they’re here for. Knowing your purpose (also known as you ministry) comes from knowing your creator. Relationship is pivotal to Accomplishing all that God has planned for you. Purpose is born out of relationship and fellowship. Our purpose and ministry will never be for just us. Our purpose is to infect the nations with Gods love and bring light and life to a world in darkness and hopelessness. Prayer is a big part of abiding with God and seeing His name glorified in our lives. We NEED to be in prayer. Our purpose is bigger than what we can ever achieve by ourselves so we need to learn that we need to partner with God (remember we are co-HEIR’S with Christ ) How is your purpose affecting your friends, family, workplace, school, community, city, state, country and world? Remember that it’s a privilege to partner with the God of the universe.

These guys are growing in their already existing leadership abilities and are so excited for what God is doing in the life of Heirborn. ... These guys are doing an incredible job so make sure you keep praying for them and encouraging them! We are so proud of you guys!

08.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH ~PURPOSE~ Pt 3 Daily encounters with God are what lead us to our promises land.... These encounters direct our life and lead us to great things. Just as Moses did, we have to turn aside from what we are doing and focus on the burning bush in front of us. Nothing in your life is a coincidence. Strange coincidences are the language of the spirit. -Bill Johnson God wants to share amazing things with you. But He can’t share with you if you’re not paying attention. Take time to draw near and turn aside James 4:8 Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. Your purpose is build upon the heart pf God for humanity. We all carry a purpose because God loves people. Your purpose is not hinged on how confident you are in who you are. God doesn’t respond to our insecurities. He responds with who He is and who He made us to be. He says I will certainly be with you. Confidence and strength does not come from knowing our identity. It’s comes from knowing HIM. Real success and fruitfulness needs to hang on the identity of Christ. It’s a blessing to serve God. where there is purpose there is provision. Our excuses will never stack up to God equipping us for His divine purpose. Read the whole story in Exodus 3.

05.01.2022 THE SUNDAY SESH. We all know that humility is the position of being submitted to God and to one another. But AUTHORITY is the position of being seated with Christ (Ephesians 2:4-6). We are United with jesus when we are seated with him.... Worry has never been something that crosses Gods mind-He has never been worried once. Worry is the greatest disconnect from royal and Godly thinking, identity and authority. Your identity is settled. It is not up for debate. When we worry we are not walking as royalty. When we focus on the purpose the provision will follow. God doesn’t create out of lack. He doesn’t even let it consume his thoughts. He knows who He is therefore he creates out of His fullness. We are called to do the same.
