24.01.2022 I do not only learn new techniques year by year, I also learned the master class how to train people to do eyelash extensions. I am so proud to give a very high standard training and save everyone the all the megabucks I had to spend and time it took me flying back n forth (over 10teachers from Australia to around the world) I know some ladies ohh and myself Hjhj , having spent over $450 each and 2 of these went on to spend over thousand dollars... at training courses in Ca...irns, but none of them came out confident enough to actually work as eyelash technicians. Thankfully after a refresher course using my updated international techniques I am very proud and happy to say they are all following their dreams as high standard professional eyelash technicians with happy clients. I mainly here to help all other technicians who was poor training from others. I knew how that feeling after my first training was, and I am honestly hate it very very much... Nahhhhhhh I also thought that too until I had the proper trainings overseas and I was introduced to t...he very fine lightweight lashes that must be used (0.03mm 0.05mm 0.06mm 0.07mm) . 03.01.2022 I will never forget my first full set- eyelash extension. They were extremely terrible to look at with lumpy glue everywhere and the tips of them forming funny spikes. They were at first itchy, then started hurting as they prickled my eyelids and they were heavy.. Well u can imagine I had to get them off as soon as I could. That evening with a pair of scissors I trimmed them and some of my real lashes (My friend was a new lash technician...)... This is the reason I became a lash technician . I was wondered why the lashes felt so bad and amazed that girls still wore them. I started by imitating my friend do them at same shop with many guinea pigs (it was monkey see, monkey do...lol) I kept working hard in a busy shop for year and at night I researched as much as I could find on the internet to find how to solve problems and avoid others issues such as flicking eyes, eyes watering all the time. I wanted to be better at isolating the lashes for better application and the correct glue and amount to use, how to store it as glue is very expensive... I spent most of my free time doing research. The more research I did the more I enjoyed applying eyelash extensions. There is only so much can be learned on the net, I was still unhappy with many of my jobs, so I decided to be taught professionally. I signed up for a local course which was just one day. I wasnt happy with this course as whatever questions I asked the teacher the answer always seemed to be, you will learn that in the advanced course but... they never conducted any advanced courses in Cairns. And even learning from Melbourne, it still didnt make me feel satisfied. I wanted to become a high standards technician so flew overseas many times to be trained by famous professionals (especially from Russians.. amazing!) Of course this wasnt cheap, I spent a lot of money, but I enjoyed what I was learning... so, so sad, too bad hjhj When u love something with all your heart , you cannot stop yourself! Izzzzz Where can I hang up all of my certifications now?
