Exercise boosts your immune system so keep moving! Even if you are working from home or don’t have any equipment there are many things you still can do. ~~DM for home workouts !! ~~ 2. Where possible use food as medicine ~ Whilst there is no pasta, rice or toilet paper available anywhere atm, try to add fresh fruits and vegetables high in natural immune boosting nutrients such as broccoli, spinach, pineapple, citrus fruits and garlic. ~~DM for recipes~~ (Please be considerate of others when doing your shopping and take only what you need) 3. Stay connected~ If you are in self isolation or have been sent home from work doesn’t mean you have to completely shut off from the world. Pick up your phone and speak to your friends and family and stay social (from a distance ) If you are struggling financially or mentally or need supplies speak up and reach out ! Having a full pantry and fridge so close at all times doesn’t always help. ... . Here’s three easy things you can do to get you back on track again. . RIGHT IN TIME FOR THOSE 3PM CRAVINGS!! . 1. Start a weekly routine Most of the time we are eating because we are bored or unfocused. Get your mind into a more productive mode, so your not so focused on the chocolate cookies in the cupboard. 2. Choose foods that are wholesome and give nutrients to your body to keep it healthy and full of energy. Include meals filled with good fats, complex carbs and protein to keep you satisfied for longer. 3.
