14.01.2022 I have posted about this before but I really have to ask whether all these quick sales are actually in the best interest of the Seller. If agents are getting multiple offers on properties wouldn't it be of greater benefit to the Seller to take the price off and Auction the property? I think it would. We have been very successful with Auction programmes in times past with most properties generating prices above the initial price a Seller wanted. If a property didn't sell unde...r the hammer it would generally sell within a 4 week period after the Auction and that was in a tough market, not the great market we are currently experiencing.
