We will be running a one day locals draft on October 24th so we want y...ou to clear the calendar and pen this one in. 23.01.2022 2020 CHINCHILLA GRANDFATHER CLOCK CAMPDRAFT CANCELLED After considering all the rules & regulations that are required to facilitate the running of our annual... event this year, and discussions had with the Chinchilla Police, it is with dissapointment that we have made the decision to cancel our annual event We feel that it is in the best interests of our committee and their families, our sponsors and cattle donors, our community, and our competitors to not run this large scale event in 2020. We would like to thank the ACA and all involved in the work that has been done so far to get our much loved sport of campdrafting back up and running We are considering, and hopeful, that we may still be able to run some other small scale events in the meantime until Covid-19 restrictions are eased. On a more positive note, the committee ran a practice day for its members yesterday, to try out the newly rebuilt camp. We think its great, and cant wait for you all to be able to try it out! Check out our youngest members enjoying a day out, and practicing social distancing too
21.01.2022 Some good news worth sharing: The Broome Rodeo Club will be running its first Campdraft in almost 20 years! The Campdraft will be held in conjunction with the Broome Rodeo on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th of September! 20.01.2022 A message from Codie Law - NCCA President, Recently, the Northern Territory government announced a 3 Phase plan to lift restrictions. Each Phase clearly outline...s which activities will be permitted and the guidelines aligned to these. Accordingly, the NCCA met recently and have agreed to allow the relevant Associations to begin planning for a return to Campdrafting in the NT. The Associations will liaise directly with NT committees for campdraft events to begin again in June for NT residents only. It is our plan, that as each State or Territory makes changes, the relevant Association advise their committees of new time frames and requirements for running events post COVID 19. I encourage all Campdraft members to be patient and to strictly adhere to guidelines put in place in each State and the hosting committees.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to make the tough decision to postpone our event that was scheduled to start Thursday 13th August.
