24.01.2022 Time to add in some food tips. Apparently ... it's difficult to know what to eat. Ha .... my clients make me chuckle sometimes. So ... here's what I had for lunch. (sorry you will have to use your visual, olfactory, and taste imaginations - pic next time - I ate it then thought I should take a pic :P) *Gluten free bread toasted x 2 (yup - you're right ... I don't eat bread usually after breakfast time and only occasionally but I was craving avocado so it was the carrier) *B...utter - plain unadulterated spread to the edges (of course) *Avocado - as much as would fit on top 1/4 per slice *Sun-dried tomatoes slivered - I prefer semi sun-dried *Dried spring onions -yummy crunch - cheap from Indian food stores *Toasted pine nuts - always kept on hand to add to salads *AND a drizzle of EVOO - good quality Wow was I looking for essential fatty acids - do you think? Soooooo satisfying - taste buds AND essential nutrients. See more



17.01.2022 Close your mouth. Stop gasping. Breathe through your nose. It's a better quality of air - cooling the brain - and calming of your nervous system. Try it ... you will see (I mean feel the difference)

10.01.2022 On a day like today when I loaded up big time in the good fats department, I will have a light dinner. It's better to go to sleep on a light meal ... you will sleep better, your liver will not be so challenged and you won't store so much of your meal as fat. There's a good motivator. Talking your language?
