I wanted to personally reach out to you, regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 or the novel Coronavirus. ... I want to reassure you that our priority at Helenika always was, and always will be the health & safety of our clients. I have been closely monitoring the media releases & health advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO). Our Prime Minister has advised this morning to only take measures, that can/will be in effect for the following 6+ months. Therefore, Helenika will remain open for business unless the Government advises otherwise. I have always maintained strict hygiene practices in the salon & only a few minor changes have been made; All clients will be provided with hand sanitizer upon entry & correct hand washing/sanitizing procedures invoked All blankets have now been removed from the salon I have completed COVID-19 Infection Control Training & the certificate will be displayed in the salon I am removing ALL rescheduling fees until further notice. You will not be penalised for rescheduling should you become unwell, come in contact with an infected person, are vulnerable or are isolated. Should you display symptoms of COVID-19, or come into contact with infected personnel & are unsure of how to manage, please contact the National Coronavirus Information & Triage line on 1800 020 080, or call your healthcare professional. I urge you to advise me; if you have visited the salon in the previous 2 weeks leading up until your positive diagnosis, as my business may need to be put into isolation & clients rescheduled. I promise to you, I will remain honest & open throughout these hard times. Please appreciate that Helenika Beauty is my livelihood & I expect the same treatment from my lash lovers. If, for any reason these circumstances change, all clients will be contacted directly via text & email and their appointment will be rescheduled.
