04.01.2022 It's been a busy week. I've been working on my recipes and the macro-nutrients data. On Wednesday I made some Keto fudge which is so divine, see recipe tomorrow. Today I reached a milestone in my weight loss which was a bit exciting so I got online and splurged on some new clothes! I made some Zucchini and cheese muffins with hemp and sunflower seeds, which were yummy with butter, I also made some seed crackers which were also yummy! Later this afternoon I made some fresh mayonnaise, which I used for lots of things.Recipes to follow. My business cards were ready to pick up this afternoon, see photos.
