25.01.2022 I felt very privileged yesterday, the 9th of January 2018, to have been asked to be the celebrant at the wedding of Kathy and Angela which was held in a bush setting at Mt Cootha. It was an intimate ceremony with just the couple, their five year old son and close family. They are two beautiful women with so much love for each other and so giving. It was a very rewarding and emotional experience for all of us especially when I was able to say that "Marriage, according to law i...n Australia, is the union of two people to the exclusion of all others .............." There were tears and cheers at this point!! Thank you Kathy & Angela for allowing me this opportunity. I wish you the greatest happiness for the future. To add to the happiness, Kathy's parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary which is in a few days time.

19.01.2022 I’m looking forward to Louis and Sharon’s wedding ceremony this afternoon on the beach at Straddie. The sun is out and the water is a beautiful blue. The perfect setting for a wedding. I am feeling very privileged.

16.01.2022 Yesterday 27th October 2018 I had the pleasure of marrying Brian and David at their beautiful home. They and their dear friend Dawn had done a beautiful job of decorating the surroundings in an elegant and arty way. It set the scene for one of the happiest weddings I have been part of. The guests were so receptive and supportive and there was much laughter and cheering in the appropriate parts of the ceremony. Brian and David looked very elegant and were so excited and happy when I finally announced them to be a married couple. Ian was the photographer and worked very hard and I look forward to seeing some of his work!!

13.01.2022 On Friday 27th September at Hillstone St Lucia I had the pleasure of officiating at the marriage of Nick and Ashlee. It was held in a lovely secluded spot looking over the golf course. Ashlee looked elegant in her beautiful gown and Nick wore a beautifully tailored blue suit. The groomsmen in their blue suits and pink ties and bridesmaids wearing pink looked gorgeous. It was a lovely ceremony and a very happy occasion. Ashlee is the daughter of Jodie & Peter and granddaughter of my dear friends Graham & Hazel. I wish them a very happy life.

11.01.2022 More photos from Kay and Sherree’s wedding yesterday. It was such a beautiful morning, the weather was perfect and the tropical gardens set the scene for a most beautiful ceremony. I enjoyed doing it so much. The happy couple looked stunning both in white. Everyone was happy and joyous to be part of their very special day. They made their entrance to the tune At Last by Etta James. Perfect!! Congratulations Kay and Sherree.
