25.01.2022 We will be selling Chicken Fillet Burgers tonight after the events. So you do not have to go home and cook dinner!!! You will have a choice of the following ingredients:- Chicken Breast, Onion, Avocado, Bacon, Lettuce and tomato. With Mayo or Sweet Chilli Sauce on a fresh Helensburgh Bakery Roll. 22.01.2022 The Helensburgh Hawks swimming club first point score night starts tomorrow Thursday 9th October at the earlier time of 6pm (for first 3 weeks). Remember, you can try out the first night before needing to join as a member. We hope to see returning and new members at the pool to see what its all about!!!

11.01.2022 Registrations are now open. For new members please go to http://nsw.swimming.org.au/ and click Join Now. Existing members should have received an email today with a link to renew their membership. Our first club pointscore night will be Thursday 9th October initially starting at the earlier time of 6.00pm. New members can come and try out for the first night prior to joining. Come down and see what its all about. Its a great way to see your times improving from squad train...ing, to get ready for next years swimming carnivals or just to swim to improve yourself in the water. Remember you are only racing against yourself with your times each week recorded and points throughout the year awarded with improvement on previous weeks times!! Shorter 15m distances available for the young ones with assistance from senior swimmers through to teens and adults competing in a fun relaxed atmosphere. See more
