23.01.2022 Day 13 push-up challenge to raise awareness for mental health

21.01.2022 Just want to congratulate Leonie Tippett, Marie C de Lisle and Carol Peter Signal for completing the 25 push-ups for 25 days challenge with me to raise awareness for mental health. Awesome effort ladies you have done an amazing job and have not only build up more bone and muscle strength but you have also raised much needed awareness for those struggling with mental health. Remember if you are feeling hopeless make sure you reach out and talk to someone about it. We are all going through tough times at the moment but we will get through this together. There will be a rainbow at the end of this tunnel and we will be much stronger for it.

21.01.2022 Unfortunately lockdown strikes again so Im forced to close the gym for 6 weeks or until Im given the ok to reopen. This is for the safety of everyone concerned so I do understand this needs to be done. I have to say a huge Thank-you to everyone that has supported me throughout this very difficult time. You ladies are amazing and very special to me and its much appreciated its kept my business alive. My Zoom workouts are still going strong and the ladies are safely workin...g out and keeping fit and healthy from the safety of their own home. If you would like to join them give me a call its a great option during these very uncertain times. Get the support and accountability you need to stay on track. If your not logging in I will be in touch with you to find out why? To help you stay on track. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES THEY NEED YOU KNOW MORE THAN EVER KEEP AUSTRALIANS WORKING BUY AUSTRALIAN MADE AND OWNED. See more

21.01.2022 Day 14 push-up challenge for those struggling with depression

18.01.2022 Day 21 push-up challenge for mental health push-up with row

16.01.2022 Hi everyone today it has been 3 years since I officially opened Helens Health Fun & Fitness not the way I wanted to celebrate in lockdown but thanks to my amazing members we had some kind of celebration I want to thank everyone that has stuck by me in the good times and the bad, joined in on all the crazy antics, you all mean the world to me and without you I would not have survived this awful Covid lockdown. I have a way to go to rebuild to where I want to be but I’m a fighter and I will return bigger and better. I have used this time wisely, gaining new skills in my Master Functional Trainer course to be able to pass onto my members. Looking forward to what the new year brings, stay tuned everyone lots of exciting things to come.

15.01.2022 As we start to open up... You do You, Ill do me. Thats what we should be about. None of us have the same circumstances (medically high risk child/family member or a business about to go under, etc.). Lets all stay in our own lanes and keep the judgment down as we begin to reopen. No one should feel pressured either way. Just a thought...As government are trying to figure out how to ease back into normal, please remember: Some people dont agree with opening...thats okay.... Be Kind. Some people are still planning to stay home...thats okay. Be Kind. Some are still scared of getting the virus and a second wave happening...thats okay. Be Kind. Some are sighing with relief to go back to work knowing they may not lose their business or their homes...thats okay. Be Kind. Some people already lost their jobs and businesses. Be kind. Some are thankful they can finally have a surgery they have put off...thats okay. Be Kind. Some will be able to attend interviews after weeks without a job...thats okay. Be Kind. Some will wear masks for weeks...thats okay. Be Kind. Some people will rush out to get their hair or nails done...thats okay. Be Kind. The point is, everyone has different viewpoints/feelings and thats okay. Be Kind. We each have a different story. If you need to stay home, stay home...But Be Kind . If you need to go out, just respect others when in public and Be Kind! Dont judge fellow humans because youre not in their story. We all are in different mental states than we were months ago. So remember, Be Kind. Please copy, paste & post (I did)

03.01.2022 Hi everyone hope your all doing OK in lockdown. Now we are in even deeper with stage 4 restrictions but it's something that we need to do to keep us all safe. We all need to do the right thing so we can come out the other side safely. My mum was one of the lucky ones to escape Covid19 in her nursing home but this could have easily been a different story, the wait to get her results was the hardest and most stressful time of my life. The thought that I might never see her agai...n, get to give her a goodbye kiss and tell her that I love her was horrible. Luckily she is safe in hospital but I still can't visit, give her a kiss or tell her everything is going to be ok because it's still out there with 100,s of cases still daily, although she is safe the loneliness is taking its toll on her and she can't understand why I can't come into the room and have a cup of tea with her so she is getting depressed and was in tears the nurse told me the other day PLEASE follow the rules do what you are told to do and let's flatten the curve so I can get to see her and tell her it's all going to be ok mum let's have a cup of tea together. Thanks for reading my post and lets kick Covid-19s butt. See more
