Even if you are in an existing relationship that’s wholesome, you can take the next facilitated step and work with unresolved trauma. 12.01.2022 For many women delayed fertility can lead to an increased stress response in the body. Increased stress is shown by an increase in cortisol and a decrease in progesterone. One of the key hormones needed to support the Luteal Phase of a woman’s cycle.... Taking a high dose of a vitamin C has shown to help women maintain the integrity of the endometrium. 11.01.2022 Another fallacy is slowly being exposed- it does not take a woman 6 weeks to get back to normal post birth. It can take a year or more. Time to relinquish the dangerous- yes dangerous images of skinny jeans post birth, flat bellies, get back to work quicker than a family is ready to.

Most of us think it is done the same way, but with more pressure around ovulation or more frequency. But in truth, this process is a spiritual act that uses our human bodies in a se*ual act to birth new life. ... I’d like to know your thoughts!

01.01.2022 This article speaks volumes to conscious parenting. When we can see the love we have for our children is easily transferred and demonstrated towards each other as parents, children grow up with a balanced life skills set. As I write in my book Consciously Conceive Your Baby, our parents are our first relationship coaches.... I recall a time when my daughter was 10 and we were on a family holiday in Venice. She fell in love with the gondalas. She pined to go on one, begging her daddy. He flatly refused over and over. I saw the opportunity for change. I whispered in his ear- don’t you want your daughters memories of her dad being the first one to take her on a boat and give her first red rose? And so it was. She still recalls this moment. 12 years on. We shape our children’s first beginnings on earth. Let’s be the best version of ourselves. With love, Helen

Yet the heart cannot be protected All your efforts fortify your body, armored stiff and yet your heart roams to seek its truth. To find its underlying beat, creating the melody of your souls song. The soul beckons in silent whispers "oh let me in" Let me roam you freely Spawn to the beginning of time in divine remembrance I am heart, you are heart. Soul heart we are the one energy. Your efforts in fortification - noted earthling Years of oppression and conditioning- noted but all in vain Use Divine Judgment dear one, speak from your inner dialogue. This will guide you This is your beacon of truth But do not fortify me out. Armor yourself through your bone and blood, But you cannot armor my heart space as I am a portal of eternal space You cannot define me, all that you try As you will struggle with the dance of pain and joy.
