25.01.2022 When it comes to loosing weight Eleni too once battle the bulge expecially after the birth of my 4th child. If I didn't change my Mindset and make crucial lifestyle changes I was scared that my life would be shortened, my blood sugar levels where high even though I was only carrying an extra 5kg, my body was sending me signals that it was time to get my body back to it's healthy weight again, It was then Eleni took charge of her life. I've never been a big fan of magic powder...s and pills though for some they may work for a short period, I'm a believer of eating clean, smaller balanced meals, limited any type processes sugar, takeaway maybe once in a while and drink no less that 2.5 litres of water a day. I boost my weight lose with intermittent fasting 16/8 when i can but calorie intake is a big thing for me. Whilst I don't really count my calories who's got time for that, I have educated myself and I am very aware of what calories are in most foods. Energy in to energy out, if your putting in more than you're putting out you are in trouble. I exercise every day, dog walk, beach or my home gym, this is a lifestyle change that has worked for me and it's bought my body back into balance. I dont think diets work unless you make changes that are for a lifetime. Make yourself accountable for the body you own and should be respecting. Everything you put in your mouth has an impact on your body and your health and you need to be aware of the dangers that are hidden in a lot of foods. Educate yourself the internet has a lot of information look for creditable sites. I have a good saying " Eat to live NOT live to eat" don't make excuses why you don't eat right or you can't exercise these are excuses not reasons for why you are still where you are..... In the end you'll be thankful for the physical and mental balance this lifestyle change will bring you like it has for me. #itsallaboutmindset#
