22.01.2022 Helga's Massage Clinic has reopened Dear Valued Clients, In response to the NSW Government's loosening of restriction, Helga's Massage Clinic has now re-opened. ... We know that current events are creating concern in the community and we just wanted to update you on the hygiene precautions we are taking at our clinic to protect you and your family. Most importantly we are asking clients with cold and flu symptoms or even a sore throat to please reschedule until they have recovered and of course observe 14 days of self-quarantine if they have returned from anywhere overseas. All our therapists are trained in Infection Control and have also undertaken to self-quarantine if they are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. On a happier note if you are working from home it might be a good time to get that treatment scheduled and ensure you can keep working productively. Hygiene Precautions We are open and have procedures in place to manage risks to keep our community healthy and safe. We will continue to respond to the current global health challenge, and we are taking regular advice from the WHO and the Australian Department of Health. Our therapists have in place procedures to protect you and the clinic. These include: Regularly cleaning all surfaces including door knobs, frequently touched equipment and bench tops Washing our hands with soap and water regularly Keeping all staff informed Having hand sanitiser available for clients Linen is changed on massage tables after each client and any hard surfaces are cleaned between clients. 17.01.2022 Dear Valued Clients, Our decision to temporarily close Helgas Massage Clinic as a precautionary measure has been a difficult one. The current advice from the Australian Department of Health is that we must maintain 1.5 metres away from people which is impossible to achieve when you are massage practitioner. ... As massage practitioners we aim to provide health and well- being, therefore for us to ensure your health is protected we have no alternative other than to close the clinic until this crisis has passed. Its going to be a financial challenge over the coming months for the business, however by temporarily closing the clinic we are reassured that we have made the correct decision by not spreading COVID -19. Above all we are honour bound by Hippocratic oath to "First, do no Harm" Helgas Massage Clinic wishes you good health through this crisis. 07.01.2022 Helgas Massage Clinic has a brand new clinic space. A chic reception area with two treatment rooms. We have relocated back to Pymble after 3 months in a temporary clinic space. The access to the building remains the same, enter the building through glass doorway known as Lower Ground, which is confusing as this is on the street level. You will enter a spacious hallway, walk down to the end and turn left, Helgas Massage is located on the left hand side. Angela and Myself look forward to greeting you in our fabulous new surroundings.
