12.01.2022 Fabulous people ... I have a favour to ask ... Do you know anyone in NEW ZEALAND/PACIFIC THAT MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN TAKE ON BOARD? If so, could you share the podcast with them? Or invite them to this Facebook group? Or to the next Take on Board event? At the moment, we have more from North America in the Take on Board community than we do from New Zealand, and whilst our North American friends are very very welcome and they are amazing contributors to this group ... I kind o...f figure we should have a few more from our close neighbours too! I've put some links in the comments - to the podcast, the next event, to the Take on Board facebook group. You should be able to tag people if you think they might be interested! Thanks fabulous people!
10.01.2022 Join us for a special Take on Board event where you'll hear from Danielle Jacobs. In early August 2020, in collaboration with Drs. Peggy Kern from The University of Melbourne and Lindsey Godwin from Champlain College, The Wellbeing Lab surveyed more than 1500 Australian workers on how they’re coping during COVID times and how their employers and leaders may best support them both now and in the future. In this session we are going to share this hot off the press research so y...ou can make a positive difference for you, your teams and your organisations, no matter your role or where you’re starting. At the same time as we’ve all had radically unique experiences of the highs and lows of COVID life, the data suggests that we are also deeply connected and more similar than we may think in the ways in which we have been and continue to be impacted by the very changed world we find ourselves in (at work and at home), as well as the positive ‘levers’ we have to navigate our continually changing environment.
