Last night for dinner we made a delicious Greek Pastitsio, a slow cooked lamb in the oven with salads and bread to accompany. 07.01.2022 Here’s a mouthwatering lobster fettuccine recipe that’s quick and easy to make! You will need the following ingredients: 30ml Hellenic Gift Olive Oil... One Lobster tail (300gm) One finely chopped white Onion 2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves Rock Salt and Black pepper One tin of crushed tomato Chopped Parsley 1/2 cup white wine Heat Olive Oil and add onion, cook onion until a little brown, then add garlic and stir in together. Next add crushed tomato and stir all ingredients together. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and keep stirring. Add wine to ingredients and stir (Total of about 5-7 mins cooking time) Add nicely chopped lobster tail (pre-cooked not raw) if bought raw, best way to cook is to steam tail for about 10 mins until meat is white. Stir lobster tail into sauce for about 1 minute and add parsley at the end. Lastly, add your cooked fettuccine into the pan and mix in with sauce. Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley on top and a smallest drizzle of HG Olive Oil on top.
