Strength is one of the biggest and most effective methods of training to reduce your chances of injuring yourself. . Done under the right techniques, you’ll learn to absorb high amounts of forces and your body will adapt, strengthening the tendons and muscles of the body to better cope with any external stress you may apply on it from sport or daily life activities (picking up heavy objects off the floor). . 2 - Strength teaches coordination. . The beauty about getting strong lies in what happens under the external chassis (muscles). . For every muscles there are endless webs of nerves that innervate muscles to fire and when training strength, the body learns patterns, developing coordination by firing the appropriate muscles in the correct sequence, making you more efficient at doing a task. .
