25.01.2022 Stuck on finding your WHY? As the awesome Simon Sinek profoundly puts it... Another way to think of the WHY is as a piece of a jigsaw puzzle. When you know what your piece looks like, its much easier to see where it fits or doesnt fit.... You see, once you identify your why decisions can be made more quickly and with greater certainty. And when others can see your piece, they can see whether it fits with theirs. Life with little to no purpose ends up being and looking very much like Ground Hog Day. Think of your WHY like is a tool that can bring clarity to that which is fuzzy and make tangible that which is abstract. 09.01.2022 All relationships need to be built on the foundation of RESPECT. Period. First though, you must demand respect of yourself to be able to gain the respect of others.... You can start by self reflection. What kind of character are am? What are your character strengths? How am I being perceived in my relationships? What bothers me about other people? Theses are just a few ways to start. Noting that, for respect to be present, there must be healthy boundaries, restrictions, limits and understanding of what will no longer be tolerated in your life. What is no longer acceptable. And always remember that, you always teach people how to treat you and if you fail to teach them their going to walk all over you. You set the standard of what youll put up with. Give the thing you want most of. If you want love, give love. If you want respect, give respect, if you want joy, give joy etc. You deserve this.
