25.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone... I'm Sally and owner operator of 3 amazing businesses. I have little co and co hair lounge in Blackwater and i also run an online makeup business and tutorials and health and wellbeing. I'm here today to tell you how excited I am to be apart of these 2 amazing companies. Both different to each other but such a big part in my life. ... As you all would know 10 weeks ago I had weight loss surgery. Its been an incredible journey so far . To date I have lost 22kg , which I struggled to do before hand. I was putting on a kilo a week. About 4 weeks ago I was starting to feel lithagic , no energy and my weight loss stalled !!!! All I kept thinking was here we go again. A good friend of mine Dianne introduced me to ketones. I had had them before and had tried there reboot but my mindset wasn't 100% there . So I started drinking them daily and having the chai tea of a night. Omg all I can tell you is my energy is back and I sleep so much better. Running a busy hair salon, a make up business (I will explain that soon.) And looking after a household I needed something to help me. I also had my check up with my surgeon and my bloods were perfect. I was able to cut down on all those multi vitamins you need to take after surgery. I do need to have another surgery but that's due to a hernia that's not playing nice, but at least I'm going to go into that surgery feeling fantastic. My weight loss has increased again and I'm losing inches all over. I will be stocking the ketones into the salon in Blackwater or you can contact me if you would like to try them. I will also offering taste testing on certain days in salon. I will have trial packs for you to buy, both 5 and 10 day samples. I'm so excited to be on this journey and feeling healthier in myself.

Mattifier primer 3. Setting spray (let sit for 5min) 4. Foundation application I like to use stick foundation 5. Setting powder or translucent powder.
