17.01.2022 It's hard to believe but Christmas is almost upon us There is still time to book an appointment with your doctor for scripts and referrals, but now is the time to plan ahead as the surgery will be closed for a short break from lunchtime on Christmas Eve until Monday the 4th of January. You can choose to see your doctor at the surgery or to make a telehealth consultation. Please phone 49513988 now to book an appointment if you require a script or referral repeat prior to January.

13.01.2022 Spring has arrived and the weather is warming up fast! We are still restricting the number of patients in the surgery for your safety and the safety of our staff so we ask that you do the following when coming into the surgery to see the doctors to avoid having to wait outside in the heat; *Call the surgery before leaving home to see if your doctor is on time. The receptionist will give you her best estimate of waiting times.... *Park in the shade if there is a short wait time expected (there is some shade accross the road and in George Street behind the surgery) * Try to make your appointments first thing in the morning or the first appointments after lunch. *Only 2 members of the same family to attend an appointment. *If you arrive to your appointment and are told there is an extended wait, we will do our best to bring you into the waiting rooms as soon as possible or to change your appointment to telehealth if possible. The elderly, frail, unwell patients, babies and patients who are seeing both the nurse and doctors will be given priority to sit in the waiting room so please be understanding. Telehealth appointments are still available so unless you have to come in for an examination or staff have advised your type of appointment needs to be face to face, please consider a telehealth appointment instead.
