Our mini is lucky to be at the same wonderful community kindy she was at in 2020, and so the transition into the older class and ‘finding her tribe’ has been fairly smooth so far . Whether we’re 4 or 40, a sense of belonging is so important to us all, and with all the new beginnings that we experience in the New Year, it’s e...asy to forget that finding a tribe takes time . 23.01.2022 Hello CRUNCH friends! Eeeek, only 4 more sleeps until Santa . Who's excited, and who's ready to collapse into a pile of tinsel ? The ever-changing Covid-19 situation certainly doesn't help the madness that comes with this time of year and our thoughts are with you all . We are sending extra love to those of you who are now forced to reconsider travel plans and Christmas celebrations with family and friends . We know of a few people who are quarantining and we are ...in awe of your selflessness and commitment to the safety of our community . As you may know, today is the last day to get your orders in for 2020. Online orders close at 8pm TONIGHT for delivery Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This means all deliveries will arrive a day earlier than usual. For example, if you normally get your delivery on a Wednesday, you will get it on a Tuesday. If you have a recurring order, your payment will be processed TONIGHT for delivery this week. If you do not require an order this week, you will need to put your recurring order on pause. After tonight, we will place ALL recurring orders on pause and resume them on the 5th of January 2021. As we are taking a short break, there will be no deliveries between 25th December 2020 and 5th January 2021. Any orders placed during this time will be delivered between the 6th and 8th of January 2021. It will be business as usual from the 5th of January 2021. 20.01.2022 Hello Crunch Friends, If you missed out on getting your F+V order this week and aren't keen to go to the supermarket, we will have a limited number of boxes available for you to purchase tomorrow (Saturday) at 12pm. Once all the boxes have been sold, Jas will deliver them to your doorstep in the afternoon (Saturday). We will post photos of the boxes and specify whether they are surplus or seconds stock... ... We hope this will help a few of you get through the three-day lockdown without worrying about access to produce. Take care and stay safe.

16.01.2022 How are you? I’m guessing most of you are back at work by now, and well on your way to kicking some serious 2021 goals...? Yes? Good for you . Not quite at the goal kicking stage? Don’t be so hard on yourself . There’s just so much pressure to jump into a new year with the energy of a toddler, and the focus of a four-legged friend around dinner time . If you’ve ever parented a toddler or copped the unwavering stare of your furry best friend from under the dining ta...ble, you’ll know exactly what I mean . Where and how they get their energy and focus is out there with life’s other unanswered questions like, why does time exist and why is the future unknowable . My point is, whatever your daily grind looks like, be kind to yourself . You’ve got this! Now that you’ve endured my little motivational speech , I best get back to why you’re here - fruit and veg. There are a couple of things to report on this week The first being that we thought it was time to kick it old school, and have a special of the week . So, this week we will have broccolini on special for $2.50 a bunch . If you have a recurring order with broccolini, we will make sure this special is applied to your order . The second thing we wanted to chat about is that we will be taking the week beginning the 22ndof February off from Crunch to have a short vacay to celebrate my 40th birthday (eeek ). We wanted to let you know ASAP so you could plan ahead and stock up on all your produce the week before we go. We will be back to business the week beginning the 1st of March and contactable via email whilst we are away. If you have a recurring order scheduled for the week we are away, we will skip that week. 02.01.2022 Happy New Year Crunch Friends, How are you? Have you recovered from your Christmas Day feast and NYE shenanigans ? Hopefully, many of you are still in holiday mode and getting the opportunity to soak up some sun (being sun-safe of course ) before heading back to work. It’s been an EPIC two weeks for the Crunch Family, but what a ride we’ve been on ! After a huuuge final week of Crunch, and an incredible Christmas Day, we headed up to the bougie and very busy Noosa for... some sun, fun and a looooot of food . Bo had a wonderful time at the beach, and we all ate more ice cream than we’d like to admit . Holiday calories don’t count right ? With 2021 well and truly underway, I want to take this opportunity to wish each of you the very best for the year ahead.
