25.01.2022 We have 16cm x 16cm Christmas fruit cakes available for collection on the 23rd of December. They're $35 and there's over a kilogram of fruit in each one!

24.01.2022 Today was our first market back since March, and you sold us out! Thanks to the team at @regionalfarmersmarkets for such a huge effort in organising an amazingly smooth and covid-safe market, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. We're having a glass of wine tonight to celebrate our return to the market we love so much! Thankyou to everyone who popped by, it was so good to see your (masked) faces again!

23.01.2022 We've got pies for @warragulfarmersmarket . Our pastry is 100% hand rolled. We'll also have a small batch of croissants and some other bakes at the market! And we'll have a batch of fresh cinnamon scrolls coming out of the oven just before we open at the shop! Yum!

21.01.2022 That's a wrap for Delores Butterball for the year! Thankyou to everyone in Newborough and beyond who has made this month the busiest we've ever had. I've made dozens of tarts, handwrapped hundreds of caramels, hand piped hundreds of cookies, made dozens upon dozens of mince pies, pushed outside of my comfort zone and learnt a whole lot about myself and what one lone baker can achieve in a short amount of time! I can't thankyou all enough, from my lovely regulars (you know who you are) to one time passer-bys, we are beyond greatful for the opportunity to feed you, talk to you and appreciate eachother equally. This year has been a doozey, but we were all in it together. Thanks so much guys, we'll see you all in the new year! Have a merry Christmas!

20.01.2022 We're open this Saturday at the shop from 10am - 1pm with our usual bakes plus some handmade stocking fillers! We'll also be at @warragulfarmersmarket on Saturday from 8.30am - 1pm selling pies, sausage rolls and a whole range of bakes! Saturday night is our cut off for any orders placed, and we'll be opening on the 23rd from 10am - 3pm for you to collect any orders or buy some last minute gifts! We'll also have a full range of decorated cookies - a super cute handpainted addition to any stocking!

19.01.2022 We have smaller Christmas gift boxes available. Everything is handmade by the team at Delores Butterball. Each box has decorated Christmas cookies, yoyos, rockyroad, caramels, honeycomb, marshmellows, peanut brittle, snowballs and mince pies. Each box is $30. Get in touch with us to secure yours now for Christmas. The last day to collect these is the 23rd of December!

17.01.2022 It's the last week to order our large or medium gift boxes or place orders for any Christmas goodies. We'll be open on the 23rd of December from 10am -3pm for pick-ups or last minute gift shopping, goodies for the Christmas table or stocking fillers! You can order whole slabs of our brownie or rockyroad, apple pies, Christmas fruit cakes, tarts or mixed boxes!

15.01.2022 We'll be open this Saturday 10am - 1pm! We'll have cakes, cinnamon scrolls, tarts, eclairs, pies, cookies, brownies, rockyroad, croissants, fruit mince pies, Portuguese tarts and more! We're still offering free delivery on all of our stock around Newborough, or you can pre order from us for collection on Saturday, just DM us!

13.01.2022 Boxes of mini apple pies are for sale over Christmas. 4 pies for $25 in a giftbox. Get in touch with us soon to secure your order! (Each pie is the size of a hand held beef pie).

13.01.2022 As of next Saturday we'll be selling boxes of 6 of our handmade mince pies. Set of 6 for only $16, including packaging. Mince pies can also be purchased loosely at $3 each in store. Yum!

12.01.2022 We're selling Christmas boxes from the start of December all the way up to December 23rd! Everything in these boxes is handmade. You have handpainted cookies, gingerbread, marshmellows, honeycomb, peanut brittle, snowballs, caramels, mince pies, yoyos and rockyroad. Each box is $60 (large) and we also have a medium size at $30. We're taking orders for them now. Just send us a message to secure yours for the date you need it!

12.01.2022 We'll be open 10am - 1pm in Newborough this Saturday, AND we'll also be at the @warragulfarmersmarket from 8.30am - 1pm! It's our first WFM back since March and we'll be selling hot pies and sausage rolls and a few baked goods! This does mean that we won't have any hot pies at the shop this week, but we will have some cold in the fridge, just ask us! Wherever you end up, we hope to see you there!

06.01.2022 It's beginning to look alot like Christmas around here!

05.01.2022 We have 3 different tarts available for you to take home in the shop tomorrow. There's caramel choc ganache, pear and almond fragipane and lemon meringue! They're $40 each and 23.5cm round. We'll also have bags of old school coconut ice and white Christmas, as well as 6 packs of handrolled mince pies and a bunch of other goodies to choose from. We're open from 10am - 3pm for any last minute edible gifts or treats for the table! See you tomorrow!

05.01.2022 We'll be open on Wednesday the 23rd for all your last minute bakes from 10am - 3pm. We have plenty of edible last minute gifts for sale, plus plenty of tarts and pies for the Christmas table!

02.01.2022 Our orders have closed for the year but that doesn't mean you still can't pick up a little something for the Christmas table! We'll be open on Wednesday the 23rd from 10am - 3pm with full tarts, apple pies, mince pies, Christmas cookies and bags of peanut brittle, caramels and more! We'll also have a few mixed boxes available for the early worm!

02.01.2022 Our Christmas cookies are ready to order throughout December, with a final chance to collect your orders on the 23rd of December. Each cookie is hand cut and hand painted, so no two are exactly the same! We're selling these cookies at $3.50 each or 3 for $10. Minimum order is 6 cookies. Just get in touch with us in a DM and we'll organise times and dates from there! Perfect little gifts for staff end of year parties, or just a little something for you!
