11.01.2022 Did you guys know that we stock Doterra oils in store? We currently have Lavender, On Guard, Wild Orange, Easy Air, the AMAZING yoga trio and a diffuser. . If you’re only just starting with essential oils, lavender is your go-to. It can be used for SO many things, and is beautifully gentle. Combining lavender and wild orange is great for creating a calming environment for sleep. Easy Air is perfect to diffuse if you have a blocked nose or to help you breathe clearly... while you sleep. On Guard is a protective blend for immune support, and helps to purify the air. It is also great to use for making your own cleaning products! . I’ve personally used Doterra oils for 3 years, and haven’t found purity or quality that comes close. You only use 1-3 drops at a time due to the potency. 10.01.2022 Having a business with 2 precious little girls under the age of 3, plus everything that comes with stay-at-home mum life can get overwhelming. Add in a pandemic, not being able to see grandparents for nearly 6 months now, and you have a recipe for a possible breakdown. I’ll admit, there’s been some really tough days where there’s just been too much... too much information, too much responsibility, too much housework, too many tantrums, too many arguments. But a breakthroug...h I’ve made recently to cope with all that is going on is this: turn down or totally switch off the constant noise of the world. Get into, and become present with what your physical, immediate reality is and make that as wonderful, joy-filled and ease-filled as it can be. I am beyond grateful for the warriors in this world, who are making a difference. But where I am in my life right now, the biggest difference I can make is to create a life for my children filled with laughter, love, connecting with nature and each other, dancing in the lounge room and eating strawberries from the garden.. because this is my actual reality right now. I know this is not the case for millions and I know that things change so quickly.. but right now, apart from not being able to see our family, there is still so much good in our world. We are surrounded by so many good people. So I will allow our days to be happy and easy because it’s still possible. I will give my girls the gift of being a happy mother, because I’ve experienced the days where I’m not, and they are difficult and dark. And on days where I feel strong enough, maybe after my girls have gone to sleep, I’ll tap back into the larger reality of all that is going on. But for most part, I choose to create our own reality to the best of my ability and make it as beautiful as I can . Artwork by @tijanadraws See more

This means that any orders made between tomorrow and 10 days time will only be sent out when mum gets home to Tasmania and is in isolation at home Thanks so much for your understanding in these strange times
