24.01.2022 ? This is one of the most frequently asked questions we hear from our clients and we have a great little hack to help you on your way to planning the perfect party! 1. Start by categorising your guests by their drinking habits. This gives a realistic quantity of how much booze will keep your guests happy. :... HDF: Heavy drinking females HDM: Heavy drinking males LDF: Light drinking females LDM: Light drinking males 2. Then guestimate the average number of drinks they might consume individually during the event. (For instance, a heavy drinking female might consume 6 glasses of wine and 4 glasses of champagne) 3. Continue this for each drinking category and then multiply that by the number of guests that are within that group. 20 heavy drinking females would equal 120 glasses of wine and beers and 80 glasses of champagne. 4. Add the numbers up for each category until you get your total number of drinks required. . . Juice of 1/2 a lime 1 ounce vodka 8 leaves mint 2 ounces chilled ginger beer chilled champagne for topping Instructions 1. Combine the blood orange juice, lime juice, vodka, and mint in a large pitcher. Stir to combine and chill until ready to serve. 2. When ready to serve, fill the pitcher with ice.
