24.01.2022 See ya mates, love ya’ll.

24.01.2022 Had a great chat with my dear friend @spoonful_of_sarah last week. She asks some great questions and we get into topics like trauma, transformation and embodiment. Check it out link in bio.

12.01.2022 I’ve been quiet in talking about all things @op_e___n lately. This is partly by design as we are continually building (much more coming soon), and part of it is because everything has been moving so quickly without any time to properly reflect. In a climate where fear occupies much of our space including my own,I’m nonetheless graced with the opportunity to be surrounded by incredible humans serving up something with substance. Working with this value in mindI realise that this is not often how wellness has been presented to us. But when like-hearted people come together and bring with them studied scientific, philosophical and individual experience based approaches - beautiful things can come to life. The work isn’t always easy but knowing that our intentions keep you in mind first, keeps us moving.

10.01.2022 Get you a man that can feel his feelings. Friends, very excited to share that me and this guy, @andyleenyc alongside my brothers @joe_daniher & @anthonycoles_ have launched @_evryman_ Australia. I’m stoked to be bringing to Australia & New Zealand the much needed work of cultivating greater emotional intelligence. We’re at a point where we need to destrigmatize men’s vulnerability and emotionality so that we can show up for ourselves and the world around us compassionately. Curious? Join our virtual drop in call August 9, 4pm AEST to find out more. Or check out the article in urbanlist in my stories @evryman_anz

01.01.2022 In the last 30 years the leading research from across disciplines such as criminology, heath policy and marketing and advertising show that unconscious bias is one the leading causes of inequity in the western world. We are all navigating our bias, but understanding our own bias and the impact it’s having on the world is crucial. This week I am speaking to my friend, teacher, mentor and favourite human, @bemorewithanu Anu is a scientist, lawyer, meditation teacher and found...er of Be more with Anu, an ed-tech company advancing equity and belonging by addressing the root causes of racial and gender disparities. This one is one you don’t want to miss. Class begins at 8am AEST and 3pm PDT on @op_e___n @ Richmond, Victoria
