11.01.2022 It so lovely to be acknowledged especially during one of the most difficult periods in the Travel Industry. Well done Hannah Thompson. Email received today - 16OCT20... Hi Kathie, I wanted to send you a short note to highlight the fabulous service we have received from Hannah Thompson. Before the COVID situation, Hannah helped us book what would have been a fantastic holiday. She was helpful and responsive and we were very excited about our break. Hannah was proactive in her communications as the situation was deteriorating and when we finally made the decision to cancel, she managed our bookings very promptly. She was able to negotiate a great outcome for our hotel refund, which was very much appreciated. My husband has a small business in the hospitality sector that has been heavily impacted by COVID. As such I understand what a difficult time this must be for your and your team and I think it’s important to highlight the work of people who have remained focused on providing a great service to customers, despite their own worries. I hope you are able to get back to a more normal situation soon. When we are able to, we will definitely call Hannah help us with our next holiday bookings.
