11.01.2022 Our Business is still OPEN and operating and we are NOT closing down, we are here to help you plan & talk about your travel dreams daily from 10am 2pm. We have had to make the tough decision to decline on renewing our Lease, this is part of our Business Plan in COVID times and our survival strategy, we are very fortunate to have a generous Landlord who has been very accommodating throughout the past year has offered for us to stay whilst it is advertised. We may have to i...mplement our PLAN B until the International Borders are open and our Domestic Borders remain open consistently. I appreciate that delays in refunds being processed by airlines, cruise lines, tour companies and hotels are extremely frustrating and we will continue to pursue these to ensure funds and credits are returned and advised to you as soon as possible.
