14.01.2022 { U P D A T E } Well, it’s safe to say it has been a challenging 12 months and the travel industry has not been spared. We have constantly reviewed our business to ensure longevity and to make sure we’re able to continue to support and assist our wonderful clients, both new and existing, with their travel plans. ... Please read on, we know this is a long post but it will be worth it, we promise! It is with much excitement that we introduce you to Felicity, new owner of Helloworld Travel Toowoomba Ridge and Helloworld Travel Dalby. As Felicity expands her work family, Katanya says goodbye and heads off to expand her own family which is also a very exciting time. Felicity has many years of experience in both the retail and travel industries, owning quite a number of Helloworld Travel stores. Rest assured, you are in good hands! We are here to support you. While it may seem a little different to ‘normal’, we have made the decision to place our Toowoomba Ridge store into hibernation, which simply means we are directing all clients through our sister store, Helloworld Travel Dalby. This is mainly just a paperwork change, as we still have assistance available for you in Toowoomba! Although, if you’d like to take a drive out to Dalby to visit with Claire or Sharon, definitely make sure you pop into Urban Paddock and have a look at some other wonderful small businesses in town to make a morning or day of it!! Please be patient and kind. While we are taking as many measures as possible to ensure this is all a smooth transition, we are human and we are making these changes to ensure we are here for you long term and we are able to keep supporting your travel dreams. Over the next little while, we’ll be reintroducing our team members, so make sure you follow Helloworld Travel Dalby to stay up to date! If you have any questions, please just reach out.
