In the event you are stopped whilst travelling to care for your horse(s) please advise the relevant authorities that: Equestrian Victoria advises that you have a positive obligation under the Section 9 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986 to ensure your animals are fed, watered, exercised and sheltered".
