25.01.2022 Sometimes we might think it would be easier to do our learning and spiritual growth in pure spirit but we are asked to appreciate our body. For in a body we can dance and move. We can experience pleasure and enjoy the taste of delicious food. We can hug and run. We can feel touch and be present. Appreciate your journey here on earth with your soul, your spirit housed in this wonderful body you chose.

24.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity For the month of August I have been guided to talk about the synchronicities and reassurance that present themselves to us. I will be giving examples of how this shows up for me on a daily basis. For all these beautiful examples that have already shown up and will appear it has taught me that the Universe presents us with these gifts. We do not need to rely on another to make us happy it is all here showing up in our space. Synchronicities a...re incidents of spiritual significance that ask us to momentarily dampen our self-obsession and consider the possibility of the divine. Synchronistic experiences leave us with a curious sense that we should pay attention. Reassurance is something that is said or done to make someone feel less afraid, upset, or doubtful. Take a breath and as you breathe in and out let go of what no longer serves you in your life. It’s ok to let things go at this time whether it’s a fear or worry. Going forward fearlessly. Arch Angel Michael with his powerful blue strength and light is with you. ... Two Arch Angel Haniel - please be gentle with your thoughts and please watch your self talk. Berating yourself or negative speak will not serve you. Please catch the thought before it progresses and change it to a more positive manner of speaking (especially inward). The Arch Angels have the perspective as if from standing on a mountain top and can see far beyond what we can see from our ground earth level so trust and believe that everything is unfolding in perfect timing and in unity. ... Two Arch Angel Chamuel There is much healing needed here. Remove all blame whether it’s to self or directed to another and understand that there is nothing that you have done or said that cannot be forgiven. Bring in the beautiful pink vibration from Arch Angel Chamuel and wrap it around you like a big pink blanket and if there are others involved send this beautiful pink ray of light to them too. Surround them in warmth and compassion. There is so much love here for you. Three Arch Angel Gabriel If communication feels stunted at this time use movement to release stuck thoughts or energy. Give yourself time and know it’s ok to walk away and gather your thoughts and then come back. Also, if your are feeling stuck creatively change your environment for a bit so instead of sitting at a desk go sit in a garden space or work out of a different room. The same environment is not serving you at this time and you must change it up. I have had my phone accidentally call a friend at 4:44 pm just as a reminder they are around. ... I will be guided to listen to a song and it will be 4.44 minutes long and it will have 4.4M views. The number plates on cars all around me will have 44 or 444 in their plate sequence and the phone numbers of the vans driving past all have 444 either in the middle or end. I will help my children with their reading and the books are always opened to page 44 regardless of the day or novel. Being woken up during the night and being guided to look at my phone and a receive this post from Kyle Gray on receiving angelic signs and it’s 4:44 minutes in length. Usually too this number will come at me very quickly so within an hour there will be four signs of 44 or 444 showing up. 44 444 44 444 44 444 44 444 44 444

17.01.2022 Wednesday Day Six It is so interesting that all week we have some repetitive messages. If you have picked the same card over and over there is validation of the action required. Also if you have been drawn to the same Arch Angel they are wanting to work with you and envelope you in their healing power. They want to thank you for listening. One Arch Angel Gabriel - do not be afraid dear child you are brave and powerful and highly creative. Please harness all of this creativit...y and send it out to the world. Two Arch Angel Metatron - there is so much information coming through at this time. You are asked to trust that you know the answer. Stop, go within and reflect and trust that all answers will be presented to you. This is also a beautiful reassurance for our children tell them to trust in themselves and that when needed the information will be forthcoming. Three Arch Angel Haniel - you are asked to consider for a moment that the way you are feeling or your thoughts may not be your own but you maybe highly empathic at this time and taking of fear, worry and insecurities from others including the media. Call on Arch Angel Haniel to cleanse your energy and remove these concerns. They are all not your own. Four Arch Angel Uriel - you are being asked to use your imagination to see your life in pure joy and ease. What does it look like? What does it feel like? 16.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - 11, 111. Be awake we are trying to get your attention. Look around and notice. I don’t usually spend my day looking at the time but when I do look at a clock it says 1:11. I wake up during the night and when I look at the time it’s 1:11 am.... I was out driving and then looked down at my Odometer it said 74747, that’s quite repetitive I think but as I add up the numbers they total 29 which added together makes 11 and the 74 sequences add up to 11. I go to buy some flowers and am drawn to one type and there are 11 of them. I go for a walk and as I stop at the lights I look around and I am standing in front of building number 111. I start listening to a podcast and it is 111 minutes long and there are 111 comments. As I driving I look to my left and see house number 11 followed by a shop also number 11. I was undertaking some training so my phone was off but when I switched it back on it was was 1:11 And so it goes ... 111

15.01.2022 Just as Mother Earth and all the planets are experiencing great change and healing I was guided to send out this tip for bringing healing into your life. Close your eyes and start to take some deep breaths, in and out, until you feel calmness wash over you. At that point imagine a bright gold light washing over you, from the top of your head to the point of your toes. Feel the power of this gold ray as it travels through your body. Then imagine a pink ray of light washin...g over you from head to toe and front to back providing much forgiveness. Then finally imagine the smell of rose petals all around you, bringing in compassion. As you breathe take in the scent of the roses. In that moment ask that you live your life from the eyes of compassion and forgiveness. Forgive yourself and forgive others. May you truly feel a shift in your life. Open your eyes and see your life from this moment. And so it is.

We are asked in this moment to acknowledge how much we have always been looked after and how we will continue to always be looked after and guided. ... 14.01.2022 I am often reminded and very appreciative in how the universe turns up for me and one way lately has been through songs. Everywhere I go the same song will be playing or I will wake up with a song in my head. When I look up the lyrics of the song there is a message or a beautiful reminder. You are being asked to be open to the gift of songs that are appearing for you. Also if you haven’t noticed any particular song turning up for you YET, ask the universe for this gift and see which song is delivered to you. Don’t forget to look up the lyrics. 14.01.2022 Reassurance and Synchronicity - Robin Williams I had been listening to a podcast from a spiritual teacher I admired and she was speaking about Robin Williams and stated that it was his birthday. She was playing the song jump around by House of Pain because she said it felt something Robin Williams wanted her to play. I kept thinking about that song when I realised that in the movie, Mrs Doubtfire, the birthday scene has that song playing. As I walked into the lounge my s...on was watching tv, when I asked him what he had put on he said. I’ve never watched this movie before Mum, but felt I had to watch it. It was Jack starring Robin Williams. As I went to the shops later that day I walked around one of the aisles only to crash into a display of DVDs all Mrs Doubtfire. I then went to my parents’ house and they started to tell me that they had a good laugh the night before as they had watched Mrs Doubtfire. When I got home and checked my mail there was a birthday card and when I opened it what a wonderful world started to play. I was guided to look up the movie that the song was used in but I was to type in the words remastered version - specific right? The movie was Good Morning Vietnam starring Robin Williams. With all this Robin William’s energy around I asked for the learning and heard, We can’t quieten our inner being, our true self. If it needs to be big some days or be in quiet retreat on others allow that. It is so important to have fun and laugh. Be open to everyday laughing, the universe will give you things to laugh so be open to it.

13.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - Flock of Birds I was thinking that I hadn’t seen any birds from my window for a few weeks when I looked out of the window and saw a big flock of white birds flying past. This continued for a week. Every time I looked out the window there was a white flock. The next day I was listening to a podcast from a wonderful spiritual teacher and as she spoke a flock of birds flew over her head.... I then checked my inbox and a new book was being released called Keep Lookin’ Up!: Your Guide to the Powerful Healing of Birdwatching. I also kept pulling the same oracle card for me too. I would pull the card or the card would fall out the deck or the pack itself would fall off the shelf. The message is to accept heaven’s help. Got to love the symbol of these birds and most of all allowing help in and to look up once in a while.

13.01.2022 My youngest son was counting my decks of oracle cards and when he realised that I had more than 30 decks he said that I should pull a card from each individual deck for a month. So here I am on the 30th of June ready to do this for the month of July 2020.

13.01.2022 A wonderful way not to become overwhelmed is to look at what is important and what gives you the greatest joy these are the important things on your to do list then you add and delete from that space. With universal blessings Paula

13.01.2022 As the full moon approaches our dreams are going to be even more intense. Allow them to come through and reflect on them, allowing any messages to surface gently.

12.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - Love Hearts A few weeks ago I was feeling a bit down and sad and felt quite overwhelmed. I was walking around lost and saying to myself what should I do with all these big feelings? I was guided to go and lay down and do a meditation and have a nap. As I walked into my bedroom there was an imprint on my bed of a huge love heart. Then out of the corner of my eye I spotted a piece of paper on the floor also in the shape of a love heart. ... Following my guidance I had my rest and woke up feeling lighter and was guided to watch the documentary on Betty White. I always loved her work and was a massive fan of the Golden Girls especially resonating with Rose’s characters - us blondes have to stick together. As I watched this show I was drawn to the love heart around Betty White’s neck in many of the scenes. Also in the episode of the Golden Girls I chose to watch after had Rose handing out love heart stickers to everyone at a party. The following day I was in a training session and the instructor was asking the students to visualise circles around issues that they may have had. Whenever I stepped into the source energy circle I kept seeing a beautiful love heart appear. That afternoon I was then given a gift and the wrapping paper was covered in little love hearts. This series of love hearts that I witnessed and received over the week was to reassure me that I was loved immensely and never ever alone.

12.01.2022 You are asked to hand over any worries, fears or concerns to your spirit team. You do not need to carry any burdens at this time. Write your concerns on a piece of paper and hand it over to a statue or a picture of an Arch Angel who you resonate with or an Ascended Master or spiritual teacher. It could even be a photo of a beloved family member or friend who is in spirit. Connect with them and hand over your fears. With universal blessings Paula.

12.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - My Mirror I have had to remember that everything comes from within and my outer world will reflect my thoughts and actions. This is referred to as my mirror. If I am being triggered by something outside of myself, someone’s action or words I have to go within and see what needs to be healed. Where am I being harsh with me? Where am I criticising myself? This is why this is shows up in another. ... Everything comes from within. Our inner being and the thoughts we think. There has been times where I have had a dialogue of self blame. For one week I was blaming myself and was stuck with an inner dialogue then the next thing I know I had everyone blaming me, pointing the finger at me. From someone leaning on their horn and beeping to people appearing with unkind words. The moment I soften my inner dialogue then my outer world changed. I remember when I was younger and I would criticise my body - I would think that it was not perfect enough and if I particularly focused on one or two supposed flaws then every person I encountered would say have you thought about changing this or that? The moment I learnt acceptance, love and gratitude then all external harshness and critism disappeared. At times I have had ideas but there was so much self doubt that the mirror showed up with people saying, are you sure? What if? However when I come from a place of I know this is guided and there is such an inner strength then it’s easy and effortless, people can’t help me fast enough. To know that we have such a connection with our thoughts and words is extremely empowering because then it takes away all the energy of blame. Blaming others for their actions or words and self blame. I am extremely kind and careful with my own inner dialogue now and do not speak to myself with any negativity or with angry words.

11.01.2022 Another day of healing. Close your eyes and in your mind’s eye picture a big royal blue bubble around you. This bubble reaches way above your head and goes into the ground and you are right in the middle. Ask Arch Angel Michael to bring great strength to this space and then feel into that power, the security and its strength. Feel your energy recharge and notice how safe you feel. Stay in this space for as long as you need to receive the beautiful healing benefits. Call on... Arch Angel Michael and his beautiful royal blue bubble anytime you feel you need to recharge your energetic strength and feel secure. And so it is.

11.01.2022 It’s time to let go of grudges, anger and fury directed at oneself or another. You will have to let it go one day so instead of waiting have the intent to make it happen now. With universal blessings Paula.

10.01.2022 Day four - guidance received One Arch Angel Jeremiel If it has felt like a struggle and there were days it was difficult to even get out of bed please know that in those moments you were not alone. Your inner being is so strong and the universe is coming in close to offer guidance, support and strength. ... Two Arch Angel Raphael If it feels that you are on a merry-go-round please understand that sometimes we just need to go back and revisit old patterns, habits or relationships so that we can receive the lesson, the understanding and ultimately the healing needed. Trust that you will soon receive clarity. Three Arch Angel Chamuel The more we give and allow ourselves to evolve and change the more guided we become. Changes can happen very quickly but some may take awhile. The key here is not to force the timing but be gentle and connected to your inner being. Be gentle with the timing. Four Arch Angel Michael Thoughts maybe scattered at this time so start listing what is needed in your life. Write it down and then see what can be removed from your life or increased. After you write your list you are asked to review it and then rephrase it into the positive. For example:- I want less chaos would be I welcome in more harmony; I want less debt would be I welcome in abundance freely; I haven’t got enough time would be everything is evolving in perfect timing for me. Five Arch Angel Gabriel Use any avenue to get your thoughts out of your body. Write it on your shopping list, use the voice memo on your phone, write a blog. There is much creativity here and you are being asked to express it. Do not look at what everyone else is doing just be true to you. You are being guided to do it YOUR WAY! Your words will come from a place of kindness and joy. Six Arch Angel Michael Your words are more powerful than you know so do not engage in any gossip, retelling of stories, drama or chao. Instead withdraw from these conversations and look to how the situation could be turned around with an act of kindness or seeing it from the perspective of compassion. Arch Angel Michael is dissolving the anger and bringing softness to this situation.

10.01.2022 This week you are asked to have a quick scan of your surroundings. What no longer fits into your space or doesn’t have good memories attached to it? It is time to go through and shift some of these things out of your space. It doesn’t need to take too long either, set your timer and give yourself 20 minutes every day over the next week to clear and declutter. Using the timer will stop with any feelings of overwhelm. Also even if you only remove one thing celebrate that. With universal blessings Paula

08.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - STOP As someone who can manifest all green lights and all of a sudden every light is red and roadworks slow me down and every appointment I arrive to is running late I realised that it’s time to not just slow down but completely stop. In this stillness is where I am shown the messages and the opportunity to take in my surroundings and be present. Next time you arrive for an appointment and you are asked to sit and wait see that as a blessing to take time to really sink into that chair. Take your time in looking around. Notice the smells and sounds that surround you. It is in that moment that things really show up.

01.01.2022 Where are you being triggered? Forgive yourself for that and forgive others too. We need to take away the emotion of blame. Blame to self and blame of others. With universal blessings Paula

01.01.2022 Reassurance and synchronicity - water - explosive to calm. Just as I find water to be an amazing space to connect with spirit it is very indicative of our emotions. A few years back all different relationships around me felt strained and as I drove home on one particular day there was water gushing down the driveway because the home’s hot water service had burst. ... A few days later my car started to leak water out from underneath and the lids burst on two water bottles I had in my car. There was also a period of great sadness, grief and loss and right at that time the home’s dishwasher broke. Within one month four dishwashers came in and out all not functioning for different reasons. It meant too that I would need to stand at the sink washing dishes, hands in the water in mindful action. This happened again in another home right at a time of loss. This time three dishwashers were swapped over, all for water flow issues as indicated by the service repair people. Again I found myself standing at the sink, water washing over my hands, being as present as I could with the dishes. I also remember being around 11 years old and it being Christmas time and my childhood home’s hot water service burst. On reflecting on this now, I know that notoriously Christmas can be a time of hightened emotions especially as there is increased pressure to see relatives or friends that you wouldn’t normally see. On the flip side however water can be used as a wonderful connection with spirit and our inner being. Just the act of washing my hands can bring me back to a centred space. Walking down to the water’s edge at the beach connects with the oneness of the universe and having a shower allows inspiration to come through with such clarity as all distractions are removed and is replaced with tranquility.
