23.01.2022 WOW WOW WOW What an emotional week. As much as I would of liked to have been able to juggle both jobs, something just had to give. So it was a sad farewell to PPS on Wednesday. With my eyes set on the big picture I can now give 100% to my new business. This weeks rundown: Full in & out, End Of Lease Clean on Monday. Back to School Tuesday & Wednesday. Thursday we did two top to toe Spring Cleans. To finish off on Friday with one general clean & our final top to toe Spring Clean. Time to kick back, enjoy a little wine and get ready for what’s booked in for next week

22.01.2022 Helping Hand In House Services is going so well in & around Bendigo. I’ve had to bring in the big guns. Enjoy the week ahead, Cheers

22.01.2022 Job Opportunity Wow what an interesting week. Lots of request for all type of services. I have now got 16 permanent house services as well as 4 businesses. Poor Tayla who was to start last Monday had a fall at home and is unable to work for 12 weeks. We wish you well Tayla and look forward to have you as part f our team. I have even had to call on family members to help me out. Kaye & I can only do so much in one day. With all this in mind I am now looking to have another team member come on board. Majority of the services are around the Bendigo area. You must have your license & a recent Police Check. You need to be self motivated and have a good eye to detail. If you are able to work a few hours each day, please send me a message and we can chat further. Cheers Simone

21.01.2022 I had a little bit of fun today. I was asked to creat a new makeup station for one of my special clients. It was nice to receive positive feedback.

21.01.2022 What a chilly week it has been. Even thought the mornings have been cold all the girls have had smiles on their faces to start the day. I welcome, Jennifer, Renee, Janelle & Kim to my team. We had lots of girls in training for the last two weeks and four proved that they love a good challenge. I am looking forward to getting to know you all. So with that all said, we can now take on weekly services. Please make contact if you would like to change from fortnightly to weekly or if you would like to have a Meet & Greet. Cheers everyone & stay safe.

My gorgeous niece Abbey, will be working with Heather over the next few weeks to help me out. I received some sad news from Kaye this week. Kaye will be stepping out of her role for a while. 14.01.2022 Such I nice feeling knowing that I am helping people out in the community. Two gorgeous ladies, both with young children as well as a new baby. The last thing they need to do is pack the car and have to go to the supermarket for a few basic items. They both sent me through a list of items, I did the shopping and delivered their items to the door. With everything happening at the moment, there is no charge for my services. Enjoy the week ahead. Cheers

This now gives me the opportunity to work within homes of those who have been injured at their work place. I already have two lovely clients, I will be servicing their homes each week. We had our regular general cleans throughout the week, an urgent end of lease clean & a WorkSafe clean. After my big shopping trip to IKEA on Sunday & buying bulk containers, I was lucky enough to have my first Meet & Greet re a pantry makeover as well as three more Meet & Greets to book in for permanent cleans. Once again a very big thanks to everyone for their support. Enjoy your weekend & stay safe

07.01.2022 School Fire: Puckapunyal Primary, was destroyed by fire a couple of weeks ago. As a past staff member I would like to work on giving something back. Do you have any books your child does not read anymore?... The Students and Teachers at Pucka Primary would greatly appreciate some books to read, when they return to school next year. They lost all their class readers, home readers and also their library in the fire. If you would like to donate some gentle reading books, in good condition. No torn covers, ripped pages or writing within. I have placed a blue bin at my front door (Epsom), pm me for address. I would also be more than happy to come and collect any donations around the Greater Bendigo Region. The books will be given to the school as soon as they are ready for them. Also any magazines and newspapers that can be used to cut and paste as well as things that could be used for craft - like egg cartons, plastic bottle tops, wool etc Thank you once again for your generosity

07.01.2022 Big effort from the team today. A Work Cover Spring Clean was on the books. Welcome to Cathrine. Cathrine is with us this week completing 15 hours of training. Nothing like throwing her in the deep end, she did a great job. Also, big thanks to Marnie & Kaye, another super job. Special thanks to Tony. Tony was placed on oven duties and as you can see from the photos he did an awesome job.

07.01.2022 What would be the best way to finish off a relaxing weekend away? Grabbing a few things from IKEA of coarse.... I have a couple of Pantries & Linen Press Re-Vamps as well as a small makeup station to do. I always find IKEA has a great range of products and at reasonable prices. Looking forward to some new challenges and popping smiles back on my Client’s faces. Enjoy the week ahead & stay safe.

05.01.2022 Today I went solo with a full, End Of Lease Service. I know there will be many out there that will not understand what I’m about to say. BEST DAY EVER..... Listened to two podcast, one on births, the other on murders. Spotify playing my favorites tunes all while I was taking the stress out of Emily’s day. I find it so rewarding popping the spark back into someone’s home. Kaye & myself have had another great week, busy, busy. I did find an hour to catch up with an old friend. Jordan has also just started his own Business in Bendigo. Storm Carpet Cleaning. We have shared business cards and have already starting getting some services for each other. 05.01.2022 Puckapunyal Primary School. The School Year for 2021 started yesterday. Another car load of donations is heading over this morning. I can’t wait to catch up with all Staff & Students. I have attached a link if you would like to read about the fire. https://news.defence.gov.au//soldiers-help-protect-homes-f

05.01.2022 Business is booming and we have out grown the Trax. Picked up the new Kia Carnival for the team today. At least now we can all travel together and even have room for all the equipment.

05.01.2022 I am one of the most luckiest girls on the block. I have the opportunity to meet the nicest people in my new business. First contact is mostly over the phone, Facebook, email or even in the local supermarket car park. I jumped in my car this morning ready to start the services for the day. There I see a hand written note on my windscreen. It was from a gentleman who clearly, cared deeply for his love one. He was requesting my services to make is beautiful wife’s life, just th...at little bit easier. So after a chat on the phone, we worked out a time for a very quick Meet & Greet in between our other services. The moment John opened the door, I could feel nothing but warmth within their home. It took me about 8 minutes before I felt I was part of their family. Sheila & John are so in love even after 53 years. After a good 1/2 chat I thought I better grab poor Kaye who was out in the car. Kaye & I were taken on a stroll through their beautiful garden, absolutely stunning home and got to see some amazing art & quilting work all designed & created by Sheila. One hour later, we had to say our good byes. Kaye & I were both given a stem of orchids. Thank you John for finding that piece of cardboard and leaving your number. See more

03.01.2022 It takes one very brave person to say, I NEED SOME HELP It was lovely to have a Meet & Greet two weeks ago with this lovely lady. She has been, on my mind for the last 14 days. Working extremely long hours and working hard on being a Mummy and knowing that I was going to make a difference to her house. All I aimed to do was to put a little order back in to her day, to day routine. Everything has its place and I am looking forward to getting back and help her out even more. It was my pleasure to look back on today’s service and know that this very lucky lady was about to walk back into her HOME.

03.01.2022 It was a team effort in our latest End of Lease Service. Jordan Tamblyn, owner of Storm Carpet Steam Cleaning, along with my team member Kaye & myself played a big role in turning a well lived-in home, back to its original condition. There was not an inch of its interior that was not touched and the pictures show all our hard work. The owner even wanted to move back.

02.01.2022 Oh golly Here We Go Again After such a great week with my new team, everything is about to change. All services will be placed on hold from Thursday until further notice. I have managed to arrange all services to be completed by Wednesday afternoon. Thank you to all clients for being so understanding with me having to move a few things around. I would also like to thank Jen, Renee, Kim, Marn & Janelle for a super week. These five ladies have fitted in really well and understand the importance of completing each service On Point. Stay safe, wear your masks and look after each other. Cheers Simone Hall

01.01.2022 The last few weeks have been overwhelming but very welcoming with everyone wanting their homes to be on point for Christmas Day. We have welcomed more new Clients and look forward to completing many services in their homes. This week seen the TEAM completing a combined 97 hours. With an early start of 5.45am to head over to Nagambie to complete an ongoing Spring Clean & making time to fit in all our Clients within the area. I’m sure the girls are looking forward to next week when, they can kick back & relax for a couple of weeks. Still lost for a gift idea? Helping Hand also offer Gift Cards. Imagine being able to help a family member or friend out with those weekly chores. You can set the budget and then we can discuss with the recipient what they would like done within their homes. Thanks to everyone for all your support
