15.01.2022 Love getting these positive texts from families I have helped with sleep routines. Their 20 month old wasn't self settling or sleeping well at all at night. When I went in both parents were absolutely exhausted and at their wits end.... 1st night he only slept 2 hrs and took 4 hrs to settle.. 2nd night he slept alot better and only took 1.5 hrs to settle.. The texts below are from night 3,4 and 5.. Life is so much better for this family..... Night 3.. " Is it too early to call you a miracle worker holy s**t 5 mins crying only! Sleeping in pillow behind the door! Many many thanks" Night 4 "Last night was gold still sleeping in his pillow behind the door but only cried for a few minutes, woke once for a few minutes then slept till 530!
