22.01.2022 July release is just around the corner! Lots of new workflow features, better approval system, change management refinements, a new client-manager field and a slick new attachments viewer for the web portal.

21.01.2022 HelpMaster v17 now available! After a successful beta period, the long-awaiting next major version of HelpMaster is now ready. This version of HelpMaster continues to build upon workflow, has a completely new web portal for client self-service, and includes the all-new control sets that will really change the way you use HelpMaster.... Change Management is also a new major feature which will continue to develop with future releases. For existing clients with current annual maintenance subscription (AMS), please contact PRD Software for your v17 rego key.

18.01.2022 The HelpMaster dev team are doing lots of improvements to the workflow, so let us know your ideas! We're currently improving the variables (setting default values, updating current values), also being able to store decisions directly into variables. The next release will also have a new workfow object for sending email, and next up will be improvements to the job logging object to share/push its control set data to its child jobs. 06.01.2022 Development news. We're doing lots of development on improving the approvals functionality within HelpMaster. New workflow approval objects will soon have the ability to be able to continue with the workflow, and then be checked at a later time. This is an improvement over the current model whereby an approval will stop the workflow. Any thoughts? How would you like to use approvals in your business processes?
