24.01.2022 Im at that age where peri-menopause is starting to hit, but even before now my hormones were out of whack. 23.01.2022 FATIGUE, CHRONIC PAIN, MIGRAINES, ADRENAL FATIGUE & HEMP Anyone who knows me knows that Ive been through a LOT over the years. My health took a huge toll a...nd its been tough to start feeling remotely normal again. I have been on a roller coaster, dealing with several Drs, specialists, naturopaths, support groups. Just when I felt like I found the right combination, Id fall back in a heap. Its taken its toll on my own mental health, the patience of my family, and our finances. I thought this was my life from now on. Taking around 20 tablets a day just to feel half normal, not being able to go for a decent walk due to the fatigue that would hit me for a week after, not being able to have a late night with my friends for fear of extreme brain fog and being unable to run my business the way it needed to be run. BUT life has taken a turn for the better. A friend of mine shared on her page a hemp oil product she was using. I asked her about it immediately as had researched CBD oil but it was going to cost much more than I could justify. Her hemp oil was about $200 less than other prices I had obtained, it was affordable. I ordered a bottle, at half the price I had expected, and once it arrived that was it. LIFE IS GREAT! Within a day, I felt fantastic. I felt normal again. My weekly yoga practice was even amazing! Very quickly I joined up as an ambassador with Q Sciences. I no longer take pain medication every day, my supplements have been significantly cut down to just a couple of tablets a day, and I am working full time (plus some) as well as taking on extra projects outside of work hours. I have energy I havent had for years. My mental health is great, no more brain fog, no anxiety, and Im generally feeling happy. Im even working full time again, and taking on projects outside of work time that I simply wouldnt have had the energy to do before. 15.01.2022 This is by far one of my favourite Q Sciences products available - Q Vitalize for Women (there is a mens version too). It does a fantastic job at treating your hormones and adrenals. At my age, with the stresses I have been through in life, both of these things are so important!
