20.01.2022 Note to all Henchcraft customers Customer service and general enquiries It has come to my attention in recent days that some Henchcraft customers may have been having some issues with enquiries about our chassis and components. This includes all customers from the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia... After reading some posts and threads on Facebook recently it seems as though the ball may have been dropped a little in certain regions pertaining to customer service.I found the comments made to be constructive and very informative.I thought all comments except for a few were made with maturity, professional manner and experience. I understand that racers will have their own preference of chassis they wish to use and I also think that there are a good number of quality options for chassis that different manufacturers can supply for racers to choose. As a dealer, I'm sorry I don't agree with getting on social media and bagging out another manufacturers chassis or making uneducated comments on their safety and/or performance. At Henchcraft Australia we strive to provide a race car for our customers that still works on the principals from Rick Hench who I joined 10 years ago as his Australian dealer. That is a race car that is safe, competitive and very user friendly whether you are just starting or a seasoned racer. I would like to put it to our Henchcraft customers that at anytime you have a general enquiry, an order or any sort of customer service that you require assistance with, please feel free to contact me at anytime by email or facebook, this goes for all four countries. 10.01.2022 Congratulations to Michael Gollagher on his victory in the opening round of the Qld Lightning Sprints season at Archerfield Speedway. Awesome night for the Henchcraft's taking all three podium places. Congratulations also goes to Dave Collins 2nd and Darren Baldwin 3rd. Well done guys.

06.01.2022 Great to be back on the race track last night at Archerfield speedway for a practice session, can't wait till the start of the season on the 4th of October in a couple of weeks

06.01.2022 Had our first run in the new Henchcraft XV3 on Saturday at Twmba Speedway. The new chassis improvements worked extremely well. The rear panhard bar setup and its adjustments worked a treat and you can definitely feel the roll centre change making for a great tuning option.The longer torsion bars on the right has improved stability and made for better corner entry and forward drive on corner exit. Overall really nice car to drive and super impressed with the new chassis. Will run as a non - winged in a couple of weeks so looking forward to see how it goes.
