24.01.2022 Please remember if you shop at Woolworths to collect the stickers and bring them into the office to add to our tally. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for resources to use at the school.
24.01.2022 Father's Day Stall tomorrow at Henderson College at lunch time. Gifts from $1 to $10
24.01.2022 This Thursday is Green Day. Students are encouraged to dress in green clothes/ characters for the event. There will be lots of games and activities on the Primary oval at lunch for students to enjoy. Food order forms will be sent home this week. Please return the completed form to ensure your meal is catered for . Other snacks will be available for purchase on the day. To participate in the activities students will be able to buy tickets at recess and lunch on the day. ... Activities include, a slime hunt, obstacle course and so much more. Come along in green this Thursday and help make the day a big success! Proceeds will be going towards creating a shower block for the girls at the College we are visiting in Myanmar so they can shower in privacy. See more

18.01.2022 There is a petition that Henderson College Parents are invited and encouraged to sign in the office at Henderson College. If anyone else would like to show their support I know that Joe needs to have any documents to support his case to immigration in the next 2 days, please get behind this wonderful man. It really doesn't matter if you know Joe, if you feel that it is a fair request that Joe's ability and skills be given precedence over his age in terms of his ability to make a contribution than your voice and thoughts are appreciated and valid. Send me an inbox if you would like to simply voice that people like Joe Appadoo, active members of our community, are valuable and worthy of being able to call themselves Australians. Thank you. 16.01.2022 Well that's our Sunday Funday for another year done and dusted! Thank you to all our stall holders and thank you to all our amazing helpers, including parents, students, relatives, teachers, staff and students, we couldn't have done it without you !!

09.01.2022 This is a poem written by one of very talented mums in our community. Good Morning, Little One. As curious as a kitten.... As quiet as a mouse. A little three year old has the run of the house. It's early in the morning. Everyone is still asleep. His curiosity overcomes him and he begins to creep. Round and round the house. In and out of every room. Looking for adventure. Wherever he may roam. Walking into the bathroom. with towels, soap and toys. He reaches for the toothpaste and squeezes off the cap. It oozes all over the sink. and lands with a plop on the floor Toothpaste fingers on the mirror. and now all over the door. Sneaking in big brother's room. Always something good in there. Needing to be very quiet. He has to take great care. Diving into the toy box. Hunting for something fun. Big brother starts to stir. He quickly has to run. Finally in the lounge room. The TV remote looks good. Now how does Daddy do it? He is certain the he could...... Wake up everyone in the house! Belinda.

05.01.2022 Home and School Association are meeting again this coming Monday, the 6th of October in the Henderson College Library at 3.30pm. This meeting will cover the items that need to be sorted out for the Henderson College Funday Sunday Family Fair on the 9th of November. We need some willing hands to help make this event another successful project. Thanks.
05.01.2022 Parent Help needed: Costumes for our upcoming show! We would really appreciate parent help with cutting and sewing for costumes (simple and complicated!). Help with face painting is also needed on the night of the performance. A note was sent home recently for you to indicate if you are able to assist. Please return notes to class teachers or roll marking teachers. Thank you.
