22.01.2022 On Wednesday 3rd of June, the Year 7s had a Yiros Lunch. This was part of their Themes unit on Greece. Students are also studying Ancient Greece in History at the moment. They asked for some help from Thalia’s family as they own Skara Greek Street Food on Semaphore Road. Her family gladly donated all the bread, salad, tzatziki and wrappings to us. Many students hadn’t tried this exotic food before but all students were positive in their feedback on the lunch. Get down to Skara for a try yourselves! (yummy!)

22.01.2022 NATIONAL SCIENCE WEEK We are midway through National Science Week South Australia and our students have been exploring this year's theme, Deep Blue. From the features and habitats of green turtles, to solving the problem of ocean pollution, managing the impact of tsunamis, and separating salt water solutions, the future is in great hands with Hendon's scientists! #ScienceWeek #WeLoveScience
