21.01.2022 A Word from your Melbourne South Franchisee Hi, I’m Norma and I operate the Melbourne South franchise which services an extensive area covering the Mornington peninsula and all the way out to west Gippsland. I am here to make your experience with a hatching program one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling activities you can remember. As for me, the joy I see on faces both young and old as they cuddle a day old chick is my heart felt reward. Book with me and join in the fun. Y...ou will learn about the life-cycle of chicks by witnessing the hatch, then nurturing the newborn chicks. You then have the opportunity to adopt them out to suitable families, or to take them home yourself when the 11 day program is finished! I will however, be happy to take any chicks that are not adopted out, and find a new home for them. For those who do adopt chicks, Take Home Packs are available. These consist of a feeder and a drinker along with enough feed and wood shavings (bedding material) to get your chicks through the first 2 weeks in their new home. Complete instructions on how to care for and raise the chicks are also available to help families who are rearing chicks for the first time. Have a look at our website and see what Our Program has to offer then give me a call. I will deliver and set up your program on a Monday between 7.00 am & 2.00pm and collect it 11 days later (on a Friday) at approximately the same time. Once set up I will talk you through the information provided and answer any questions you may have. You will receive basic care instructions, forms to assist you with adopting out the chicks and an informative poster for everyone to see. I will also give you some contact phone numbers in case you need assistance with anything regarding the program. I am always on the other end of the phone if you have any concerns. However, we offer a multi-unit discount to customers in our region, so why don’t you book two or more units at the reduced price of only $240 per unit! She put them under her wings while remo...ving the already smelling eggs (Phew). Josephine accepted them at once and now they are all huddling under her warm wings. LOL super cute See more

Due to difficulties with the supply and delivery of eggs resulting from nationwide Coronavirus restrictions, Henny Penny Hatching across Australia will ...stop operating completely from May 1st. Sadly, with the cancellation of most of the flights we use to freight our eggs to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide this week, most of our southern franchises have already been forced to close.
