25.01.2022 $60 Million will be spent over the next 16 months to upgrade the Norwood Morialta High School Senior Campus. An additional 1000 students will bring significant challenges which were discussed tonight betwee Principal Jacqui van Ruiten, local residents and the Ward Councillors tonight. The school, the department, the builder and the council will need to work together to manage these issues. But congratulations to the school and to Jacqui, the changes look awesome and I think will greatly benefit the students.

08.01.2022 Tuesday was a short meeting with only a 180 page agenda, but that's no reason to have a short pod cast! Cr Hueble and I discussed the passing of Cr Bills. Kensington Gardens Reserve and after 43k laps the pump track's move to a new location.

08.01.2022 Kensington Gardens Reserve was already set for huge improvements this year and an additional $850,000 will be spent as part of the State Government's Covid stimulus package. This will deliver new bridges, paths, fitness stations and more! 04.01.2022 Bit wet and woolly this morning! Local member and Minister Vincent Tarzia joined Cr Grant Piggott and I to discuss the future of Penfold Park with local residents.

04.01.2022 I had a ball presenting to Master Builders SA via zoom and in person on taxation issues last night. Land Tax is obviously still a hot topic but we also covered GST, Stamp Duty, Capital/Income, PPR Exemptions, Structuring and more.

01.01.2022 Last night Council delivered on its KGR Master Plan with the approval of major rebuild of the Kensington Gardens Reserve Cricket and Rugby Clubrooms. With a 70m2 Gym and 250m2 function space for community use, the rebuild will be a huge resource for the clubs and the community.
