03.01.2022 So - Henry's began in the late 70's, making only bread. In the mid 80's we got this 40 litre cake mixer from a Danish maker... and started making cakes. It is our oldest piece of equipment, and it still works! It has been mixing you all sorts of cakes and pastry for 35 years... imagine how many!? It has mixed it's last batter for us... however if anyone can find it a home - we are happy to gift it on with it's bowls and accessories (3 phase power required).... Reading the manual for the new mixer, it says if well maintained, it should last 10 years... and it's also from Europe. Like the saying goes...
