22.01.2022 Good Morning, we were notified late yesterday afternoon by the LTO that titles will start getting issued on Monday afternoon. for those who can settle next week, can you notify your conveyancer of this or send us your conveyancer details so we can initiate "booking" the settlement with the bank and notify him/her through the bank. 17.01.2022 the site is officially open, all temporary fencing has been removed.
12.01.2022 As many of you would have noticed, the site has (almost) been ready for a while now. we are only waiting on council to initiate section 51 clearance which would allow us to lodge wit the LTO.
12.01.2022 we are almost there Hepenstal Park Development has successful passed: SA Power Network Compliance SA Water Compliance Gas pressure tests passed... NBN Passed SA Power Network Energization booked for the 19th November, all blocks will then have "live" power. unfortunately this was booked almost a month ago and it was confirmed after we passed our compliance. we could not move it forward because they are booked months in advance. we are days from Section 51 clearance process, so soon after that is Land Title Office. Thank you for being on this journey with us............
